Rundown
We have stayed here 4 or 5 times but this time is a huge disappointment! If I were an owner of a site in this park, I would be spitting mad.
First we had to pay ahead of time because the office is not open on Saturday or Sunday! When we finally found the rack with our paperwork, I had walked completely around the office. Why didn’t I see the paperwork? It was blocked by a shipment on cardboard boxes blocking the area.
We got in and the green oasis is now desert brown with dead grass and hedges that are turning brown from lack of water. Ok, you might say it is the middle of summer and water is scarce! I call B.S. because the golf course is beautifully green with brown dried grass outlining the areas between the fairways and driving range. They tell you to put your trash out by 9 in the morning, and there it sits all day because nobody is working. We paid $70 with discount for a below average spot. Yes, we have stayed here in the summer or fall and this is disappointing. Think twice!

Huge Disappointment
Full-time RVers and this is our third long term stay at this park... ANTS, ANTS, ANTS... they have always been an issue, but this year was the worse... we constantly sprayed our tires, jacks, hoses, electrical cords and they consistently found their way inside, so we had to spray inside, too! Complained to management, they said they would call pest control, never saw them, and the situation didn’t change if the did come. Once they collect your money, they don’t care and the staff have always been very unfriendly.

Posh, But
Very handsome and secure place. Sites are concrete, but not always level. Some sites have privacy, others wide open. No tables. Garbage found on and around site. Warning at check-in about potential low water pressure.
For the money, over priced.

Very Nice
Nice sized sites. Plenty big enough pull throughs for any length and wide enough for slides on both sides. Pool was closed for maintenance the hot tub is tiny but clean. Everything was nice and clean. Restaurant by the golf course is very good.

What an oasis after a long day of driving! Only $54.00 and a wonderful pull through cement space. Hot tub and pool clean and pizza at the restaurant excellent!

Very Nice!
Unexpectedly, beautiful park on the outskirts of Chowchilla. The free golf is a treat! Nice course and yummy clubhouse food. The pool and hot tub are clean. The landscaping needs TLC, other than that -it’s fantastic! Try to reserve a lakefront / pull in. The geese and ducks are very pleasant. I feel safe and peaceful. Ahhh

Fun, Safe, Affordable!
We stayed here for two nights on our trip. Free round of golf for 2 people daily over at Pheasant Run Golf Club, nice pool, small pond with fish, and nice grassy areas for the pups. Highly recommend!!

Full time RVer
Our 3rd trip to this very nice park. It is clean and well maintained, with clean restrooms and showers. However, it has a small laundry room, had to make 5 trips to get to use a washer. Free golf but you have to pay $16 per person for a cart. Golf course is long but has a very nice layout. We found it very dry. You could tell California was in a drought. Hopefully this will change on are next trip.

Rv Owner
This is a very nice park. We the rv club just had our annual gathering here. This park is showing signs of wear. The grass or should I say the weeds would best describe the need to resod.
Also the only sites with table & chairs are the ones around the pond, Not right.

Serendipity
Bumped into the place right on time. My first stop as an RV owner. This place is gated, beautiful and clean. I see there is a golf course near by. I was tired and needed to rest for the next day. We stopped here and my kids played in the pool, skateboarded around the park and played football on the lot. I'd come back here as this place seem like I was meant to experience it.

Best Rv Resort
We love this RV park. It might be our favorite one in California so far. Well maintained, nicely landscaped, plenty of room for each spot. Their laundry and shower facilities were spotless and the cost to do laundry was very reasonable. They have a beautiful pool and hot tub and you can walk to the country club to play golf or just eat at the restaurant there which we also give 5 stars. The food was excellent and the wait staff was so friendly. We loved our stay at this park so much!

Beautiful park, gated community, next to golf course. We had free golf with our night's stay. Concrete pads with grassy areas, and hedges dividing spaces. Clean everything. Very quiet. Long pull thru sites. Stayed in a 39 ft motorhome towing a car and no issues at all. Only problem of the park is the bees, but they were friendly.
