Extremely Unfriendly And Low Voltage
The owner is a nosy proctologist that wanted to know what I was going to be throwing away. The staff acted like they were doing me a huge favor to extend my stay, and they have low voltage when too many people run their AC. Keep your smile and appliances safe and go elsewhere.(Feather Falls KOA, or Durango)

Over Priced
Small park. Spaces barley fit our 40ft trailer with slides out we were roughly 2 ft from the trailer next to us. Staff are not friendly. I wouldn’t say unfriendly but definitely not welcoming. It’s a convenient location but after a cross country trip and experiencing so many other parks, and staff, this, by far, was our least favorite. We will most likely stay there again for the convenience but I don’t really recommend it. Oroville has a much nicer KOA and the staff and facility was so much nicer including 24 hour security.

Self Contained Only
Had a reservation but could not get in with our teardrop trailer. We were told we had to be self contained even though there were restrooms with showers. Had to cut our trip short by one day.

Coming Back Again
Super nice to work with us when adverse weather conditions kept us from starting our trip. Clean and close to town.

On of the best we have ever stayed at. Beautiful grounds. Gated for the most part. Spots could have been a little more spaces but okay. Nice grass. Good WiFi. Just an overnight stay. Would definitely recommend this one.

Good Stop
Nice staff. Pull thrus and Utils good. Easy in and out. Good places to grab food and a beer close by. Bidwell Park about 4 miles is awesome. Small laundry. Intermittent WiFi. Grounds work TOO early at 7 am.

Quite Nice
Tidy and very well kept small RV park. Showers, bathrooms, laundry room and pool all clean and nicely maintained. WiFi works well. Short drive to all downtown Chico amenities.

Exactly What You Would Expect
Nice people running this place. Close to Chico State and easy access. Would definitely stay here again to go visit the kids at school.
