Just stayed there this week. Nice park well maintained. There customer service with some of their staff working there now can be a bit of a problem. They have no problem with complaining about kids and bikes in the park during the day. But adults having loud music and parties at midnight. They are a no show on that. Staff has 2 sets of rules . They probably lost a lot of business this weekend after that deal. We book 10 to 15 sites at Thanksgiving. Not any more. !!!! The new corporate owners need to have a customer service meeting with their staff . You need rules for sure in these parks but they need apply all of them consistently.

Clean And Spacious

Seems newer. Not overused. Be sure tanks empty empty before going. Not even a gallon of blue cleaner in there. Their sewer is special, that's best I can describe. No shade. Pool standard. Lots of spaces to choose from. Bring own entertainment because you are it. Its Ocotillo, there ain't much out there.

The park is very clean, and the sites are spacious overall. Plenty of room to park off-road toys. Very friendly staff greet you at check in. We didn’t use the pool unfortunately but it was large and looked clean. There are small trees and some desert shrubs so no shade to speak of. The only negative was a dumping fee of $35 added before could hook up the sewer( couldn’t dump grey water either) if the fee isn’t paid on check in. They direct you to dump at the designated dump station first. When we checked the online site and reservation info could find no mention of this
