Small RV park, 98% seasonal residents in 5th wheels. Cell signal abysmal, starlink likely the only thing that works. Along the river and has grassy dog park (tiny) and grass area to walk along the river. Has clubhouse but didn't go in. Rate $25 with PA.

No Drive In Dump

Called to see if they offered dump. They do not. Sewer is available for overnight

This is a good place if you want to disconnect from everything. Friendly staff. WiFi and cell service is not the best. No services on this side of the Colorado river.

This place is off the beaten path. This place is wonderful, with a dog park, full hookups, showers, etc. I used Passport America, and the fee was $25.00, two night maximum. We were here for 1 night in March 2016, on our way to the Marine Base in Twentynine Palms. There weren't many campers at this time of the year. I don't know why, because the seasonal rates are very affordable. We will be staying here again in April 2017. Again, this is a GREAT place to stay. The Colorado River is part of this RV Resort with a boat launch on site.
