Nice,clean,friendly!

Nice,quiet,friendly staff in & out. Nice picnic area & little dog park. Place is well kept up. Sometimes you can smell Bakersfield lol. Only drawback was only one bathroom by the office. It is shared men & women with only one shower. But for $41 this place is still a great stay. Also all sites are pull through if needed. Conveniently off the 99. TY 😎

Decent Park

Had to stop here for 2 nights during the big storm of February 2024. Too windy to safely tow on I-5, we pulled in here and rode out the storm. This was a good find. Spacious diagonal pull thru sites, easy in and out, nice dog run, pleasant staff. We didn’t use the bathroom/shower/laundry so I can’t comment on them. Good price given the times. 5 star rating based on comparisons to other RVP’s along the I-5 / US-99 corridor.

Very Dirty And Smells BAD

Won’t ever again stay here. Went here as our shower broke on our trip, so decided to stay here. BUT, No wifi as listed. Laundry room was VERY dirty but did have 3 working washers and 4 dryers. But only 1 shower for male and female use, sanitized everything we used once back to our trailer. Shower was so disgusting with horrific terrible smell. Feral cats running around and cat pee smell ALL over. Flyer handed to us at check in stated no debris around trailers and the shower/laundry cleaned twice day. Nothing was ever cleaned and debris around many older trailers of long term renters. The code for the restrooms was changed at the beginning of the month (what one renter told us), without any warning to us. MANY spaces available closer to the restrooms for our elderly mother to use and put us in the very, very back space. The “dog run” is disgusting too, renters not cleaning up after their dogs OR it was from all the feral cats.

Great overnight

Nice park for overnight. All sites pull thru. Clean & well kept. Hook-up worked well. Staff friendly. Some road noise. No cable or picnic tables. Well spaced sites with some shade. Would stay again

Doesn't Allow Older Than 10 Years

If you have an RV over 10+ years old don't bother. Called in advance and they wouldn't even look at it.

Wonderful campground. 10 miles off I5, but quiet and only $29. Great value

Nice Place

We stayed 5 nights. Price is great. Friendly staff. Level sites and clean. Had a bad 50 breaker called the office and they came out to our site and fixed it within 10 minutes. Very quite place. About 10 miles off interstate 5. But worth the drive. No cable but good reception from the antenna. Wifi is ok. Would stay here again.

Great Overnight Stopj

Great Over night place to stay 29 a night large spaces dog park, clean did not use the laundry or bathroom but would give a 5 star but to close to the freeway and WiFi is real weak, Carlos is very nice, self check in is easy

Really Nice

A nice quiet and very well-kept RV park. We only stayed a night. And the check-in was simple and easy. My only thing that kept it from being a 5 star was the WiFi was weak and slow (at least it was over in the overnight stay section of the park).

A True Gem Indeed

As stated in other reviews this is a true gem indeed, quiet not crowded at all and pretty much self serve unless you get here when Carlos is here whom by the way is Awesome and helpful and always answers his phone even if he's offsite! (within reasonable hours of course)

Nice Peaceful park

Very nice park. Carlos is amazing. Very personable. Nice pet Park. Quiet and very clean. A hidden Gem. This is my park when I’m driving thru Baks. Absolutely love it. Lots of room to sit outside your RV. $27.00 u can’t beat it.

Very Nice Park Close To Bakersfield

Only a couple miles from South Bakersfield. Amenities include are laundry room, 4 washers and dryers. Very awesome park, never really crowded. Park has permanent resident RVs, but parkis in great shape and Carlos the manager is the best! Monthly rate is $325+electric. Can't beat that anywhere else in Bakersfield! Full hook-ups are$27 night.

We'd Stay Again

Big sites (gravel with paved road throughout the park), well maintained hookups and a super friendly guy at the desk. There's a field of sheep access the street which were entertaining when we walked over to visit them.

Best Price In Bakersfield

Only $27 per night full hookups, monthly rate is only $325 + electric! Very close to south Bakersfield shopping too. Some highway noise but not bad for the location. Some Long term residents, but park is clean! No amenities outside of laundry. Definitely worth it and manager is awesome!

Nice Park With Very Helpful Staff

Great value at $27 for full hook up. Sites are very level and well maintained. No cable TV but great reception with a HD antenna. If I needed to stay in the Bakersfield area for an extended period I’d stay here.

Great Little Park

This park is right off junction Hwy 99 & Hwy 223! Great price for Full-Hookups. Clean and wide sites! Easy in and out!!
