10 Model Years And Newer

Called from Barstow on our way through Bakersfield needing 1 nite. We have a full body paint 2003 Safari Sahara diesel pusher towing a Jeep Liberty. All matching silver/grey/black. They said we were too old. They want 10 years or newer? Offered a text picture. They said your electric could be frayed? Huh? So what do they do for Airstreams or Prevost/Marathon? Stayed at A Country RV park instead...nice folks. Our MH was $205k new. Who can spend $200k-$400k every few years.

New Owners, New Name, Shady Haven

My review is a little late. We stayed for 1 month in Feb 2019. We were very happy to find this park, after we were left without reservations at the other park in that area. "The country rv resort" scams ppl, saying your reserved for a monthly rate. Then say there are no spaces for monthly rates. Then charging for weekly rates. The shady haven is a well care for park, the new owners and staff are very nice and helpful. We will only stay here when in Bakersfield

Great Place, New Owners, New Name

We stayed here on two occasions in the past month this park has new great owners that take pride in their park. It is now called Shady Haven. Yes there are trains, they typically did not sound their horns and didn't run in middle of night when we were there. I don't mind them but I am not a light sleeper. The facilities are clean and the full time/long stay residents are in a separate area. Great price with Passport America. This will be our spot when passing through the area.
