Old Park Marginally Adequate
OK for a night or two, but really tight sites. Our water hookup was under the neighbors awning. Not recommended for any extended stay. They appear to have nice sites at high prices.

Glad I Stopped In
Despite the reviews I stopped in to check it out. The place is under new management and they have done a lot of renovations. I spoke with Julie behind the counter and she was very helpful and was pleasure to talk with. I let her know I may have to leave the park I’m at and she let me know what space was available and gave me a map to go and check the place out. If I have to leave the park I’m at currently I will be over here immediately! To wrap up I believe the previous review are all ow void. Stop on in and stay!

Disgusting!
Just read the reviews on this place and it discussed me especially knowing there's little else around although there is one just up highway 88 called Auburn RV Resort. I'll go There.
People who do not know how to deal with the public are usually not in business forever as it fails eventually and people leave. All it's going to take is someone to open another park nearby and bye-bye

Clean, but small sites.
Convenient to stores, paved roads, pet friendly areas. Many full-timers here.

Only Take 3 People Per RV
My husband is a line worker and we live full time in our RV. Options are very limited in This area. They allow 4 people per RV if you are temporary but if you are staying monthly they only allow 3 people. We have 2 kids so we got rejected. Very disappointed. We just want a nice place to stay for our Family
