GHETTO KOA
This place is awful. Don’t stay here unless your a fan of Breaking Bad! After being there with my girls for 20 minutes I left lots of PTC hikers but they were not the problem. DON’T STAY HERE

It’s A Dust Bowl
Staff is very nice. Other than that it’s a dust bowl. All of the roads and sites are dirt and the dust is unbearable. The site pictures show green grass and a sparkling pool. Both are lies! There is no green grass anywhere on the site. The pool is a cloudy green. One long term resident, next to the stairs between lower and upper camp, is leaking sewer water causing a green slime stream. Another long term resident has a table saw and radial arm saw on his site! I don’t know what he was making but I quickly became tired of the saw noise. The sites are VERY close together. Just wide enough for my slide out and awning to be extended. The WiFi is no good because of the number of people trying to use the one network connection. The train isn’t so bad, but be warned.

7/4/19 - Not great
Stayed in the RV Deluxe Site for about $100. Feels like a dirt parking lot with a small concrete patio. The patio is decent. But all the RV sites feel like a dirt parking lot with very little shade. Seems like a lot of long term RVs here. No cell signal on Verizon. WiFi is inconsistent. Like it keeps getting turned on and off. Lot of people here look like they are here for “Day Use”. They want you to wear wristbands while in the campground so they can see who’s here. Dog areas are pretty lacking.
Lots to do for the kids.

Good
Not bad for the night. Came in late just stayed overnight. Showers and bathrooms were clean. No cell service and the WiFi doesn't really work. You can get service in a few random spots.
There's a train that runs constantly through the night and day that sounds the horn continuously as it passes and its very loud.

No To Travel Nurses
No cell service, wifi is iffy and the management disconnects every few minutes to keep people from streaming and downloading. It would be ok if you don't take call, but if you have a call requirement then look somewhere else. They are in the process of doing some upgrades. All sites are sand. Metro line runs behind the campsite, but it's not that loud. Lots of tent campers on the weekends. Strict 5mph speed limit inside the campgrounds.

Reasonable Campsite
Spaces are a bit dull like staying on a parkinglot. But Restrooms and swimming Pool and a reasonable price make it a good location for a visit to LA. At nicht a bit noicy because the train is on a short distance.
