Southern Small Town Vibe
This location worked out as good stopover point and it was a nice choice. Nestled in a city park and athletic fields, there are only 2 30 amp sites and one 50 amp. Generally quiet unless there’s a game going on or train is going through town. Park is a good place to walk and you can walk to downtown, though there’s not much to offer there with the exception of the Caffeinated Cow - great espresso and ice cream! You pay for your site with cash or check at the city water department, very nice staff there. There’s a grocery store here but most shopping requires a 18 mile trip to Paragould with a number of restaurant choices. Check out the Crowley’s Ridge Parkway nearby for a change of scenery.
