Nice Park
Moved in late afternoon yesterday. Staff very nice and welcoming. Site B5 is level and backs up to the river and is very spacious. Flies were abundant. Grass needs to be mowed. Noticed the dumpster was over flowing. Had lots of rain right after setup but I haven't seen any standing water. Our table was cancrete and chipped. Trains across the river are very loud. Nice small town. Our bathhouse was marginal. I say that because it was not very clean at 9pm when we took shelter from possible tornado nearby. Tornado siren will do a number on your hearing aids.

Very Nice
COE campgrounds are our favorite kinds, and this one didn't disappoint. Not a lot of vegetation between sites, but enough space to give a feeling of privacy. We had site B4. We are 50' long from the front of the truck to the back of our TT, and we had plenty of room. $20, $10 with senior pass. About 2 bars of AT&T without our booster, 3-4 with. Freight trains go by on the other side of the river about hourly, day and night, but we were able to tune the noise out and, though it was definitely noticeable, it wasn't bothersome. A couple of bathrooms with running water and flush toilets. Boat launch. Our second time staying here, and will stay again. Close to town for groceries and restaurants, and close to Mt Magazine, which I recommend.

Best corps park EVER, and we’ve been to many! Sites are paved and fairly level, and most are shaded. Nice bathrooms that are clean. Good AT&T cell service. Close to town and local grocery store; the Walmart is small with limited groceries. Adequate laundromat in town. The view of the lights on the bridge over the river is lovely at night, and it’s fun to watch the boaters on the river. The train noise is not bad at all - just a rumbling sound and no horns so it’s hardly noticeable. We had site B1 and it was private and backed up to the river so you could launch your boat and tie up to a tree down the riverbank at your site (as did our neighbor on site 2). Will definitely stay again if we get back to Arkansas.

Aux Arc Campground
Nice campground. Most sites roomy and well shaded. All sites paved will fit most rigs. We camped at end in B3 on water. Short walk to older but clean bathrooms. Only heard one train but did run AC during night which may have masked noise. Definitely recommend.

Spent 4 nights here $ 20.00 a night for 50amp., E5 has very good shade, nice park , friendly staff, no septic hookups at camp site, but 2 dump stations on the way out. 2 shower houses no A/C but clean. Will definitely return..

Nice Park At Great Price
This is a beautiful park right on the river. We had site B1 at end of park. Lots of space between sites. Cement picnic table, fire pit, BBQ stand. Our views were spectacular of river and bridge at night. No campsite next to us out our front door, so it was very private. Rate $9.00 with Golden Age Pass. Water and electricity. There is a train track across the river and several trains day and night. Didn't bother us. Hosts were very friendly and park, showers, baths very clean. We stayed a week and loved it.
