Stayed over one night. Lots of road noise but other than that a good place to rest.

Good For Overnight

Easy to get to. Nice sites. WiFi not great. Even with 3 wifi options I was unable to get on until early morning, then was promptly kicked off. Continuous road noise like most KOAs. No cable. Lots of tall, shady trees and birds. Would choose again when passing through. Staff was super nice.

OK for night stay!pool was dirty. Staff very friendly but park pool and grounds need work!

Good Stopover

Good for a stopover. Maybe not the best for a destination. You’ll pay top price for the paved parking pads, but all sites are close. Campground was in ‘ok’ shape for the winter season. Full time residents on the outer edges. Water is insulated, so we were able to fill up, then unhook. Didn’t use facilities. Friendly staff.

Satisfactory But Could Be Better.

Stayed one night passing through. Rv site was crowded and path to the pull through was tight. No cable and internet was extremely slow. Staff was nice and it provided a good night of rest though.

Very small pull through. I had to park my truck at the office and I only have a 22ft trailer. Mosquitoes were a problem. Bathrooms were under par and stalls were very small. Glad we only stayed one night.

Great weekend Aug 2-4 2019

Gravel site, but quite level. Pool was clean and refreshing, my two grandsons loved it. Easy access off I40 and close to Dicky Stephens baseball park. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I only wish the owners would hold the permanent patrons to task and keep their sites clean and presentable. We stayed in a Grand Design Imagine 30' and a 2014 Ram 2500 and had room for an additional vehicle in Y11 pull through. We would certainly stay here again. WiFi worked and AT&T cell was very good.

The restrooms are not ada very small sites were ok park was clean but we have stayed a much nicer !

Great Time

Stayed on night had a great time and entire place was clean .. friendly staff... the only down side was the site was a little small and the cable TV didnt work.... but will stay again

Not impressed

Of all the KOA's we have stayed in, this was the worst. Arrived late so office closed, but site had been assigned. No space between rv`s. The 30 amp wasn't working (which they knew because they put a sign on the electric box). We tried to call, but calls weren't returned. Found an empty site and moved. There are a lot of long time campers as evidenced by poorly maintained sites and a lot of junk. The highway noise was loud. No lighting in the park. We only stayed 1 night and would not go back. If you consider this park, only stay in the few `R` sites. Maneuvering through the rest of the park is difficult with a sizeable rig (We only have a 28 ft bumper pull).

Sites long and relatively level. Staff very friendly. Laundry facilities are clean and new. Pool and playground facilities looked good. Typical of a KOA, some highway noise, but not excessive. Would stay again.

Just Ok

Ok for an overnight stay. Too many trashy full timers. Even had a dude try and bum smokes from us while we were going to the dog walk. Pool was nice. Laundry good. Friendly lady at the counter. Will go somewhere else next time.
