Nice City Park
As per prior reviews, this is a nice city park. Right on the Arkansas River, across from downtown. Nice views of the lights across the river. Internet, is awesome, I streamed video without issue, just like home! There’s some grassy areas for the dogs. Bathhouse earns an A+, you are self contained, shower, sink, commode in a clean room. The heater was cranking. It was nice. Pull through are concrete, river wall spots are gravel all flat and level. You won’t find are better near here.

Very patient and cheerful staff. Our satellite was not working, and they kept moving us around until we found a spot that would work. This is our 3rd time here, and we'll stay here every time that we are in the area. Great views of the river.

Different But Nice
Our first stay at a “city” RV park. Few trees, not much shade, construction everywhere. However, had wifi good enough to stream movies, and a lot of beautiful walking trails. Nice bathrooms and showers. Large sites. Don’t trust GPS directions when construction going on. Difficult to get in and out of the gate due to traffic flow.

Great Location
We stayed for a couple nights at a site along the river. We were greeted by “snow” falling from the cottonwood trees which was rather magical. The sites are flat and deep with full hookups. Easy walk across the pedestrian bridge right next to the campground, to the south side of the river. About a mile away is the minor league baseball field and shops/bars. There is a lot of road/bridge construction going on right now. The park has a large covered picnic area. There are no fire pits or tables at the individual sites. Like that the area is gated. Some grassy areas for pets. Didn’t like the screeching tires of kids racing, spinning out during the night. this only occurred on the weekend nights.

Clean and easy parking. Plenty of room for big rigs and toads. Minimal amenities but convenient to downtown. Nice view of river!

Downtown Riverside
Stopped here for a stay over. The parks location is really nice, especially if you’re right on the water. That staff wasn’t friendly but they weren’t unfriendly either, maybe slightly curt. - there were no firepits or grills so bring your own if you want either. - the bathroom facilities were adequate and relatively clean. - the sites are pretty level - overall a pretty nice park right on the river Some background about the area: around the park may not be the safest, if you look at the crime index for Little Rock, it is a 1 out of 100, meaning that it is safer than 1% of cities. We did not feel unsafe there.

PERFECT LOCATION
We stayed for 4 nights in overflow site #71 with W/E. Though we would have loved to have a FHU PT, the site met our needs due to us booking last minute. Our goal with staying at this rv park was to be centrally located to the Arkansas River Trail so that we could bike & walk the entire loop through North Little Rock & Downtown Little Rock on both banks of the Arkansas River. It took us 3 days to do it, but we ended up logging 30 miles in 3 days of exploring & we feel quite accomplished! We felt quite safe both within the rv park & within the city limits. We enjoyed dining out & visiting the various museums. The staff at the rv park were very helpful giving tips of what to see & do. We'll definitely revisit the area & make a note to book far in advance to get our preferred site.

Great Stop Over
What a neat find, location is easy off the 40 but there is construction going on so Gps is not going to be your friend. Call the office if you need better directions or use your best judgment. Spots are HUGE and concrete level, the grounds are just concrete and rocks but the river and bridge are why you actually picked this spot. It’s beautiful but at night the bridge is the best. There is a little bit of green for your fur babies to do there thang. We are happy we stop here and will be back if ever in the area again.

Located In Town
Great access to downtown which is very walkable via pedestrian bridge over to the Bill Clinton library building. Close to the trendy downtown area for restaurants. Bruges light up at night

Lighted Bridges
We were told about this place by another RV couple while in OK and decided to try. Was a little nervous of the location as we exited freeway, until we entered park. Paperwork was in large plastic display at office. Site map was highlighted and we had no office contact , due to Covid measures. Nice large pull throughs in the center and back in’s on the out side. We walked to a local brewery across the river over the pedestrian bridge. Lots of construction in area with some noise from that, but what a nice gem of find. The lighted bridges do look very cool at night.

Nice Stop Over
40’ class a with tow vehicle Nice, gated park. No facilities open due to virus. Close to river trail that we walked and biked. Visited Pinnacle Mountain SP, most everything else closed (Clinton Museum, etc)

What a unique and intriguing experience. This is a parking lot right on the Arkansas River bank, across from.downtown Little Rock. But this is one beautifully and tastefully maintained parking lot. Roads are paved, sites are level concrete. There is green area along the river bank with trees and benches for lounging. Full hookups all work well, as does ATT Cell svc. But the unexpected delight is the light show at night. All 5 bridges on the river turn on multicolored lights that reflect off the water and lend a cheery glow for relaxing after a hard day's drive. And in the morning the park connects to an extensive bike/hike trail system up and down and across the river. It's not the usual.glamping experience. We were there in motorhome; and we're coming back for sure.

Pleasantly surprised
Wasn’t sure what to expect at this park. Downtown LRock? Really? Well let me tell you this was a great little place to overnight. Long pull thru so we didn’t have to unhook. 50 amp, water and sewer available. Lots of tv on antenna available. All concrete. Park is easily accessible from I40 or 65. We would have stayed another night because there is shopping and a river walk/bike trail to enjoy. Cool pedestrian walk over river. They City had the river walk dressed in red white and blue lights that look amazing at night. Definitely will make this our go to on the way back from the Florida panhandle. Management was kind on the phone and made sure we knew what to do since we came in after hours. Bath house and laundry was closed due to COVID19

Office Person Unfriendly.
Park has nice paved sites. It is NO LONGER a Passport America property, just so you know. They do honor Good Sam. Our pull thru site was $28.50. The guy in the office has the personality of a rock. Don't expect much there. This is an ok overnight stay but not very good for long-term stays. Nice view of the Arkansas River.

Great Park!
What a surprise when we opened the gate! We were thinking it was a little sketchy as we came in late and there were groups hanging about in the neighborhood we had to drive thru. But it was secure, private, quiet and clean with paved, level, spacious spots. Great wifi. Friendly staff. Excellent valuable for the inexpensive price! View of the river and city/bridges night lights. Easy access to a couple of walking/biking trails. Definitely recommend! We'll be back!

Very nice city park
My wife found this campground park on our way west to visit my son and his family. You would think from the description of it being downtown Little Rock that it would be difficult for an rv to get into and out of. Actually, it was pretty easy! Great little park for an overnight stay or if you want to explore Little Rock. Passport America park though not listed as such in the PA app. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a pretty cool place right on the river with views of lighted walking bridge and nice surroundings. Easily accommodated our Big Rig (45’ coach towing a Jeep). Just there over night on our way back to Florida so just pulled in, hooked up power, spent the night and headed out next am. Would use again. Only a mile or so from I-40 and pretty east to get to park and out again while towed hooked up.

Nice Overnight Stay
Passing through town, wanted to take in some of Little Rock. Knew ahead of time it would be like a parking lot with hookups, but proximity to town couldn’t be beat. Pleasantly surprised at the amount of bike/walking trails nearby. My family and I biked over the the bridge to the Bill Clinton library and through Little Rock. We felt safe in this gated lot. It was a little odd and cramped to share utilities with the sight next to us. That meant our front door was facing our neighbors front door. Yes, there was no shade, but that just means I had no trouble with my satellite. Would definitely recommend and stop again.

City Camping
We were here for 5 days for work. The first day rain all day but the rest of the time was nice weather, really nice office workers, nice level concrete pads with 30/50amp electric hookups, very nice water pressure (recommend using water regulator) and sewer hookup. Had some nice benches by the river plus a nice pavilion area. Bath house is one male unit and one female unit with very nice hot water and roomy, only allows one person at a time and you can lock the door which gives a sense of security. Has a descent dog area as long as everyone picks up after their animal (in which as most don't and they grounds keeper has to clean). Very nice River view and awesome night view of little rock. Was really nice meeting new people that came through on a daily basis. Plenty of walking bridges which allows you to sight see the downtown area. Also it was not extremely hard to get to from interstate 30 or interstate 40.

Nice Place, No Shade
The park is nice, good level spots and most are concrete. There's a nice dog park and it is secure with a passcode gate at night. The people working the office were very helpful and showed us many of the local attractions. We didn't get to see many because it rained the whole time. The biggest downside is that there are no shady sites so if you have pets you have to run the air conditioning all day. There is a trolley that runs around the downtown area, it is $2 and two walking bridges that go across the river nearby.

Nice Over Night Parking
We almost didn’t stay here because of reviews. But this place is cheap and close to highway. It is a parking lot with hookups next to the river , so you are going to get road noise , so what! Great for overnight parking. The reviews said owner wasn’t friendly, seemed just the opposite to me, had no problems. It is owned by the city, not a mom and pop place. Not a lot for kiddies to do. Would stay here again.

Great Visit...
Yes, it's a parking lot, no, it's not 'new' but the lot is well maintained, the sites level, the hookups solid, and access is easy. The price is right as well and the view of the river (10' away) is worth every penny.

Nice Downtown Park
Staff (Sheila) was quick to respond to reservation request and very helpful. Bathroom facilities were very clean and nice. Yes, it's a large lot in a downtown (not your typical camp setting), but it's great for a city setting. 50 amp only, so bring an adapter. I plan on returning for mire than a one night stay!

Don’t Bother
Look, this park has some things going for it. Nice view of downtown, REAL nice actually; it’s the basis of the two stars. But the fact that the office can’t answer a phone call or the miserable human being inside can’t bother to DO THEIR JOB and be helpful to people from outta town, it’s unbelievable. Don’t care if you think you’re better than the job you got buddy, take pride in it. The bathrooms are glorified porta-potties and there are only a couple toilets for the entire park. I suppose that as long as you don’t expect any humanity from the people here it’ll be an acceptable stay. But one can do better than this park. It was a mistake that we chose to stay here, it is a mistake that’ll never be made again.

Okay For Overnight.
This is nothing more than a parking lot with rv hookups. It is in a beautiful setting on the Arkansas River across from downtown Little Rock. It is next to a bridge so there is loud traffic noise outside. The wifi doesn't work well and there is no cable. At $25 it's great for overnight, but I wouldn't stay longer.

Very Nice RV Park
Very nice RV Park, right on the river. Beware, they have ONLY 50 amp power. Spaces are rather close, but I was only there for one night. Definitely would visit again if I am in that part of the country.

Clinton Crime Fam Library Nearby
Nice park with locked gated security after 6 p.m. The area is typical of a downtown lots of good restaurants in downtown Arkansas. The Clinton crime family has their library right across the river if you want to see that.

A Favorite
The good: This is one of our favorite stops and is gate code entry access after hours. Reserve a site overlooking the Arkansas River and the city and the view at night is spectacular. A Walking bridge gets you across the river to the River Market, pubs and restaurants and ample parking, some free. The not so good: not a heck of a lot to do in Little Rock. Also, I heard from a local fisherman that walking around after dark is not a good idea. WiFi did not work.

Had a great stay here. With the passport app i was able to stay for $11 a night. The showers/ bathrooms was clean and kept. The only thing was it was hot and there was no trees. The walking path was just outside the back gate that took us to the downtown area and River Market. I would recommend this park

Great RV Park, Friendly Staff
We stopped here overnight with our tiny house. Management was very friendly. This park is right on the Arkansas River and is within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. There's a little foot bridge over the river that takes you to the William J. Clinton Presidential Library and some great restaurants. The only thing I regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

Good park, reasonable rates, with a great view of downtown and the Arkansas river. Clean, with good hook ups. Only downside is not many shade trees, lots of gravel. It's in a sketchy part of town, but safe, with keypad gate access.
