Well designed campsites with great views
Beech Point is a small campground (14 full hookup sites and 3 walk in tent sites). The campground is laid out really nicely with plenty of space between sites. The campground is on a small peninsula and almost all the campsites have great lake views. The bath house is ultra modern with 4 individual toilet/shower combos.There were only 3 other occupied campsites on a weekday in mid-August. There was only one 1 mile hiking trail, so the park is best for kayaking, swimming or fishing on the beautiful lake.

One of the best State Park campgrounds we went to so far. Sites are spacious, leveled and all have a beautiful view. Restrooms are clean, the water is hot and the heater is working!
