Very nice park with walking and exercise stations. Family friendly. Beautiful water front lots. All we saw were back in pads. We own a 40 ft with a tow and its tight for this park.
However the girl at check in was very accomodating. We did have a problem with our lot #1- 50 amp electrical. During the night it starting cutting on and off. We ended up unplugging and cranking generator at 3 am. Still a beautiful setting.

Beautiful Escape. $15 Per Night
This by far is one of the most beautiful campgrounds I’ve been to. Kim was wonderful and helpful and checked on us when we settled she’s a real gem. This is a first come first serve but you can call before you get there the day in to check availability. This campground even has a 2 mile walk path around the lake… yes lake. There is a wonderful play area even with a castle for the kids.

Nice County Park
Nice out of the way park. About 3 miles from I-555. Our only drawback, our surge protector kept kicking on and off, evidently due to voltage fluctuations. It was raining all day so that may have been the cause. Sites are all back in but reasonable sizes. Our 31' motorhome plus car fit ok. Well worth the $15.00.

Great Place!! WE Available, Hot Showers
Wonderful place to stop over whether a night or a week or a month long!! Beautiful lake and trails. Great playgrounds. Clean hot showers (altho they were repairing the women’s when we were there so we had to share the men’s but they had real shower heads!!).
No reservations, you pull in and then find the camp attendant to pay. Make sure you get there before dark as there’s limited lighting and would be hard to find/park. We arrived at 6pm and got the 3rd last slot.
Level concrete pads, lots of trees and space between sites, trash can at each site was a nice touch! Will definitely come again and stay longer!

Great Campground
We stayed here for one night and wished we had more time. Each campsite was very nice and level, with electric and water. Upon arrival you pick a spot and set up, and the camp host will pull up in a golf cart, get your information and collect the $25. Very easy. No reservations here. The restrooms and laundry are very clean. The campground is located within the city park which is beautiful and had a ton of activities to choose from. Great stay.

Great Park For The Kids
First off....this park is amazing! 3 huge playgrounds for the kiddos, nice sized fishing lake plus a kiddie pond. All kinds of activities to do at the park. They have a paved walking path, MTB trails and tons of beautiful trees. The campsite is fairly small but all spots are paved and level. The campsite host, Ms. Joyce is amazing! They have free firewood also. This is a dry county and no alcohol is allowed for those that like to toast to a campfire. This is a very quiet campsite. My wife and 2 little ones really enjoyed this site and we are returning in a couple of weeks. $25 a night is great for all this park has to offer. The park was a little crowded when we went because of all the planned activities they had but it was worth it! Oh......it's REALLY dark at night and can be confusing to get to the site for the first time! Try to arrive during the daylight hours.

Great place to camp
Not crowded, no reservations, it's walkup. Nice sites, fishing, but no swimming in the lake. Everything was good.

Very nice Park. A bit of a chore to find the campsites. More of a city park atmosphere. Campsite very nice paved pads. Shower house very large.
