Stayed there 1 night, and it was a good one. Got there after 5, called prior to let them know we would be getting in late and the office was very friendly and said it was not a problem. Told me about the night check in. Clean! Very well kept maintained grounds. Not very busy for a Friday night. Kid friendly. Clean and BIG showers! Beautiful area with trees and the river. Wanting to go back when we can stay longer.

Great RV Resort
Stayed five nights at Catherine’s Landing and would definitely stay here again. It’s is such a pretty campground.
The sites are level and well-spaced from other RVs. Everything was green and ALL of the grounds were well cared for. The pool may have been one of the best at any RV park. There’s a 2 mile nature trail that goes in and out of the woods. Bathroom was clean and functional, but nothing special. The disc golf, zip lines, obstacle course and being able to rent kayacks and pontoons are a great touch! Kids will have plenty to do here.
The only downside is WiFi was pretty bad and our AT&T hotpot was really slow too.
It’s pricey, but you get what you pay for!

Pricey & Secluded
Though this is one of the most expensive RV parks we've ever stayed, it was certainly worth the "splurge" for a peaceful & secluded 5 day stay between long-term destinations. It's just a convenient 10 minute drive to the downtown historic area of Hot Springs, the national park hiking trails & restaurants. The park is well maintained...clean common areas, nice buildings & amenities. It's a large Resort with over 200 paved RV spots, several cottages & Yurts available for rent. We gave this resort 4 stars out of 5 for the following reasons...face to face customer service is not the same "warmth" we received when we called to make the reservation, GPS & WiFi are terrible at the resort, no designated swimming access on the river/lake {although they have a boat launch} and the size of the swimming pool is rather small in comparison to the rather large size of the resort {the newer side of the park has a dog park close to the cottages that would be better utilized an adult only pool}.

Meh
Didn't realize use night check in at 2pm, so went into office that has big "check in" sign. The clerk was on the phone and we gladly stood at the desk to wait. After 10 minutes she told us to use night check in! That's extremely bad customer service. And we were the only customers in the store at the time. The park is as described on their web site. Rules of the park are basic including no riding of ATV's, etc. However not inforced as there were several of them being driven daily. We were there for the town and the park is conveniently enough located to Hot Springs. Wi-fi is absolutely pitiful.

Loved our stay here! Everyone was exceptionally nice and caring. Lots of activities available. The hiking trail was wonderful, I walked for an hour every morning. Agree with the earlier comment about the Botanical Garden. Unbelievable! Would definitely return.

Two sections
We stayed in the newer section and all the trees are small still. If you get a back in on the tree side you will get shade but no satellite. It was plenty cool that we did not need shade in April. We got a site that backed to the river (lake) and was peaceful to sit and watch it flow by. Plenty of space between sites and there was room to park the truck in front of the trailer. We are a 45' 5th wheel and a 22' truck. WiFi was weak even tho I could see the repeater. Concrete pads and patio, level and small trees. Some day they will provide shade. We dont use facilities so I cannot comment on showers, bathrooms, etc. Would come to stay here again, we had fun in Hot Springs and the Botanical Gardens are a must see in the spring.

Wonderful Month Stay
Beautiful clean park. Hot as heck with high humidity. Just want to be in water all day. Which is great here as they rent it all. Pricey for pontoons. Great family meet up place, lots of kids. Bathroom clean and nice. For such large place only 2 washers, 3 dryers. Wifi was good early am an later at night. Verizon 1 to 2 bars entire time, but ones with the boosters had 4 bars. But even with what we had still able to work. They pick up trash twice per day as they have no trash bins around. Nice place to hike, walk or ride your bikes or rent golf cart. Definitely cooler the closer your spot is to the river. So close to everything here.

Not My Preference
Concrete jungle. I prefer trees and shade...not here with the exception of a few sites. Lots of amenities: pool, splash area which I never saw running, laundry and bathhouse. However,so hot it was more of a steam bath. Rentals to use on the lake. For the price, I expected well maintained grounds but wasn’t impressed. Seems they pick up your trash you place at the road and not much else. Also, RVs are placed together in stead of leaving space between spots. Lots of open sites but was put next to a unit I learned lived there full time. My last day, a new arrival put next to me on the other side. All sites next to them were open, so again why stack people together??

Not Exactly Camping
This was our first time in a RV park as opposed to “camping”, but we really enjoyed ourselves: level concrete pads, manicured grass, clean grill and fire pit WITH firewood delivery, clean, climate controlled bathrooms and showers, twice daily trash pick up, heated swimming pool, splash pad, zip lines, aerial ropes course, full hookups, store with ice, beer and wine...etc. etc. oh yeah canoe, kayak and pontoon rentals, bike and hiking trails. The staff was friendly and helpful. Super clean and quality clientele. We will be back.

Overpriced, But Still Nice
Stayed here for 4 days with my family. Park is mostly well kept, and they pick up trash at your site twice daily. Public bathrooms were ok, but could use a little more attention. Sites were all FHU and level. The park is relatively new, they cleared out a ton of trees to build and then replanted, so there is next to zero shade in the park, unless you pay an exorbitant fee to get a “waterfront” site.
Pool/splash pad were amazing. Trails were pretty cool too. The hurt has a small drainage ditch in front of it that stinks.
The most disappointing park of the park was the fishing pond. There are no fish. It’s basically and muddy, algae covered puddle. also, the WiFi was basically non-existent.
Overall we enjoyed our time here, but unless the prices drop, we won’t return.

Stayed 4 nights over Thanksgiving! It was perfect and not crowded at all. All the facilities are well kept, pads are level and the staff is very friendly. Very close to Hot Springs. We'll be back.

Beautiful & Big Rig Friendly
This place is truly big rig friendly. We are 75 ft long and there were multiple sites we would fit in. They have zip lines, docks, kayaks to rent, hiking trails, a clubhouse, and so much more. If you want a resort RV park this is definitely it! #dougieroadtrip

One of our favorite places to stay. Always clean. Awesome saline pool and they have a small disk golf course. Boat ramp and boat rentals available. The staff is so friendly. Pet friendly and it is close enough to plenty of shopping and restaurants.

Impeccably clean! Staff must have Disney training, cheerful and very helpful! Pool was wonderful and the vibe of this campground are very relaxed. We met friends that don't camp...they stayed in a yurt and loved it!

Beautiful Setting And Pool
Nice sites in beautiful setting and relaxing heated pool with a view. Only drawback is no shade at sites. More of a cooler weather place.

Very nice place. The people in the office are very accommodating. Nice level pads. We had a pull thru. Nice pool. Only draw back was the Dog Park, it needs a lot of work.

Nice Park With A Couple Of Exceptions
Boy was it hot! The only real complaint I had was the wi-fi. Every time I used my phone, I had to join the network. Never could get my blu-ray player to sync up. Didn't even try the laptop. We got there on Weds and they mow on Thurs. The weeds were pretty high.

Very Cool Place To Stay
Just spent three days here. Love this place. Very clean with clean and air conditioned showers/restrooms. If you find yourself close to Hot Springs, give Catherine's Landing a visit. It's centrally located to all the fun stuff.
