Supposed to be 100 spaces? Only saw campers in a small area. Told could be accommodated with 50 ft. No way. Office was closed at 3 when we arrived. This is a fair grounds. Saw many other spots in different area but unsure whether they were where we could park.Went down the road.

A Nice Place To Stay The Night
My husband and I stopped at Fair Park in Hope Arkansas for 3 nights. This park is actually the Fairgrounds for the City of Hope with several areas around the fairgrounds set up for RV's. The sites are grass, no concrete or asphalt pads with water and electric for 30 and 50 amp service. We were fortunate to park under a couple of large trees however most of the sites do not have any trees or shade. There is a nice play ground for children to play that is shaded, golf frisbee and a 12 acre lake with a wide sidewalk to take a stroll on. The park office will provide a key for access to their bathroom and showers for after hours. The showers are small and show some age but are clean. The rate for these sites are $25 a night.

Good For Travel Parking
I had reservations at a Texas State Park near Texarkana and they had to close the park because of flood damage. I decided to stay at Fair Park in Hope, Arkansas because it is near the freeway and reasonably priced. I decided to take a weekend break from traveling and stay here. No shade, bumpy gravel roads and not a lot for me to do in the park. However, there is all sorts of things to explore in the area.

There's Always Hope!
Only $15 per nite! Cozy at fairgrounds. Quiet except for occasional train through town. Fairly level back in sites on grass with water and electric (30 amp only. ..) Nice overnite spot for the nite. Would stay again.
