Beautiful Area

Our first time here. Great spot if you want to get away. Bring something for the flies and mosquitoes and you are going to enjoy this area even more. Please remember to pack out what you packed in. There is no excuse to leave your trash behind.

This is our second time here. Area is great, but something has changed in the area. Very foul smell at times and the flies are out of control. Could be the chicken plant in Tonapah. Pick another spot if you can.

Worth the stay, away from the road, quiet and beautiful scenery careful with which way you choose to go inland

Can’t go wrong staying here. However, be careful which entrance you choose if you have a big rig. Lots of washouts. Great hiking around the mountain. Very quiet, very little road noise.

Quiet beautiful and free. A little trash left in the fire ring but other than that, cant complain

Great Free Spot

Very relaxing spot, nice views. Cant complain for $0.

Great Dry Camping

Gorgeous views and wonderful weather. It is pretty far away from the city so come prepared. The nearby markets don't have much in the way of actual groceries, but there is a Dollar General fairly nearby.

Desolation At It's Finest

Arizona desert at its finest. If you require some desolation in October come stop for a few nights and enjoy complete darkness and disconnect from society. Beautiful mountains and sunsets. No facilities but that's the point
