New ownership as of 1/2018. They are making some needed changes and are nice to work with. Only $25./night with water, sewer and electric. Lots of trees and good shade. Would stay here again.

RV Park Critic...

Worst park ever... no cable... no laundry... a tree limb fell on my jeep... was told to get estimate...when i did told no insurance coverage.. The management company sent the word to evict me and to call the other parks they own to inform them not to rent to me... there insurance lady then said have a nice drive off the hill...was forced to file claim with my carrier and subrogate back against them... this place sucks...!!!

Pulled in late at night, owners were very accommodating. They have 2 pull through spots for overnight campers right up front. Sooooo convenient. Clean warm showers. Thank you
