Good Campground
Great staff. Lady working at the laundry was super helpful to my wife and kept it super clean. Staff was always friendly!

Location is the best thing about this CG. Close to almost all Page area attractions. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Facilities need to be updated and maintained a little better. Dog Park is decent with artificial truf and enjoyed the open space nearby on walks. Our location was closer to about 25 long-term campers, which could be kept up a little better. For the price in the Page area, it is a decent deal with the proper discount and as mentioned, for location, we would consider staying here on our next visit.

Nice place, the only down fall was back showers need to be updated and cleaned. Only reason I gave it a 4 star was rest rooms

great basecamp
we stayed here this past June. It is clean, the spots are spacious, and for us it was a fun moment because our niece had been there the month before staying in one of the clamping covered wagons. it is convienent to the sites of which antelope canyon is a dont miss.

A Very Nice Park
We stayed for three nights. Close to the Horseshoe Bend and the various Canyon walking tours. Staff was helpful, and the ammenities well maintained. The office even gave me the Good Sam rebate after tthe fact — I had forgotten to mention it when I booked. We used the indoor pool and it was good. I recommend this park.

What A Treat!
Highly recommend this campsite. We spent a week at this beautiful campground. It was quiet, clean, and located beside an amazing rock formation that we were able to climb to watch sunset. The bathrooms and showers were spotless as well as the pool and hot tub. The laundromat had 10 washers and dryers which made it easy to do all our laundry at once and not inconvenience anyone. Also the staff had their own washer and dryer which was great. The location was close enough to all the beautiful sites in this area. Would definitely go back here. One of the best!

Great Location
Good location; easy to pull into and get setup. Pool and hot tub were nice. However, they close at 8 and that seems too early. Showers and restrooms were nice and clean. Great laundry areas and the staff use their own washer and dryer so they are not taking up the machines at the time you need them. It is not a new park. It could use some updates here and there, but overall it was good. There are some longterm rigs in the lot. But they are kept clean. I would stay here again.

Is the only place in town to see the sights and the campground was ok. It had a nice backdrop of a rock formation/cliff. Close to bike trails & nice places to walk dogs. The cons are even though the camp was not full, when we asked for a pull through, we were told they weren’t available.we were only there 2 nights and the pull through area was pretty vacant. Also the water pressure was bad & got worse by the second day. I can’t imagine what the water situation would be if the park was full. We saw our neighbor who was in a large motorhome take her dishes to the bathrooms to wash.

Answer Your Phone!
Called to make a reservation, as the online system was out of order... Rang 7 times, guy answered mid-conversation with someone, after a moment said, “can you please hold for a minute?” After 10 minutes on hold, I hung up and called back several times only to receive their answering machine. Too bad...losing money!

Good
Nice spot and super close to horseshoe bend. We arrived after office hours (6am-8pm) but had no problems finding anything. Bathroom was clean, view was great. Only the WiFi didn’t work very well..

Okay, Expensive
This place has location going for it.... If you want to stop at Lake Powell, Glen Canyon or Antelope Canyon, it's convenient. Not very pretty, facilities were worn, hot tub out of order and wifi poor. Area and residents seemed a little sketchy. Didn't use the laundry or fitness area. The rocks behind the park are pretty but mostly fenced off. Too expensive for what it was. We did enjoy Glen Canyon but wish there were nicer options to stay.

Decent Enough
The area where they park PT/ vacationers in nice enough, gravel and good sized spots. The area for full timers is really sketchy! Made the mistake of walking that way w/ my dog (leashed) and a pit bull went to the end of it’s chain trying to get her. I kid you not. I had issues with laundry, like no hot water in some washers. It’s an OK place to park and day trip out of but not somewhere I’d want to be for an extended stay.

Pricey For Basic
Stayed here back in 2015 in a tent and it was good and fair priced. 2018 tent sites are now $30. Older park right off highway, lots of traffic. Bathrooms and showers older and could be improved but meets basic needs, kept clean. RV sites are a good size, had to pay for electric/water site even though we have an adventure trailer (off grid) - $40/night. Lower half of the park is full-timers and sketchy. Other half for rotating reservations and permanent mobiles...nicer and 2 sets of bathrooms. Marina campground is same price with better sites and amenities.

Bad Service, Needs Work
Really bad customer service at front desk. The sites are very close, and sewer was broken when we got there. WiFi: forget it. Never worked. Seems to be recurring comment. A lot of permanent residents, and some sections are not very well kept...

Serviceable And Basic
It’s not pretty but it’s serviceable and basic. Pool and hot tub were working fine and kids enjoyed a swim. Koi pond is a nice touch of fung zwei. Very little shade in the hot summer

Enjoyed Antelope Canyon Slot Tour
We paid about $86 including taxes for a premium lot #67 which had a tree on it, no neighbors to the left of us. The campground was very quiet. The employees at the offices and on the grounds were very friendly, nice and helpful when we ask how to get around town. The campground is older and it could be updated but it is kept pretty clean. There are a lot of full time RVers here; it would be nice if they separated them from the PT/Vacationers. The pool was closed due to them having problems with the pump and they told us the cable was it out for a couple of days. Those were selling points to us to stay at this park and then to learn that we don’t have use of those items after we arrived was disappointing! They need a small doggie park. No green area for dogs to do their business either but they did have poop bag stations. It was an $8 taxi ride to downtown.

Great Value
Didn't have to pay extra for the nice warm showers or dumpstation. Very inexpensive laundromat as well.

Nice!
Stayed 4 nights. Gravel pads. Ours wasn't very level; took quite a bit to level. Nice pools - indoor & out. Restrooms/ showers- good (not great). Laundry machines - plenty of them (a little run down). Staff - very friendly & helpful. Nice and quiet.

Servicable, not fancy
Makes a nice hub for of Northern Arizona and Southern Utah. Lots of stuff in easy driving distance. Basic necessities, not many trees when we were there in early February but not much need for them then. Pricing was pretty good compared to some of what we ran into in our trip into the area. We liked it and would hit it again if we go that way.

Pretty Nice
Reviews all said $20s for price but they charged us $39 for water and electric only ($36 after good sam). Showers do get scalding hot when someone flushes toilet although overall pretty nice bathroom. Sites are pretty big. All that being said, in a sea of awful RV wifi connectivity this could be one of the slowest internet speeds I've dealt with yet. Overall not bad but too much money (I didn't use pool or gym)

Great Find!
On a winter road trip around four corners; stumbled upon this place. Quiet, clean and just a few short miles to horseshoe bend, lake Powell, the antelope canyons (upper & lower) as well as page's town center. The gym and the arcade were the added bonus!

Great Site But Close Together
We stayed in our tent for $17.56 per night with our AAA discount. There is a lot to do in Page so we stayed for 5 nights. I would stay here again. Great location

Price Is Great! Grounds Are Decent
Not much shade, and no grass for dogs to sniff and do their business. Also be aware of the cactus if you have dogs. Office is open till 9pm! Big lot, half is for campers and the other half for monthly trailers. Nice to be separated. They have options for full hook up which includes cable, basic hook up sewer, electric & water or just Electric & water and prices depend on your option. Basic is $26!
