Nice Park, Unlevel Spots
My dad is staying for the summer so we came to visit in our Class C. He's paying $900/mo + electric and sewer. This is a nice park with seemingly a split personality. The older section is beautiful with lots of shade trees. The new section is a gravel parking lot. Water pressure was excellent. No issues with electric or sewer. Good place for those with off-road vehicles with lots of dirt roads to explore. Hence, off-road vehicles constantly moving around the park. Since everything in the new section is new, why can't they provide level lots? That being said, we would come back here.

Under Construction
I have to give them a 2. They charged for a full hook at their phase 4 (under construction) side. They do not have sewer nor water available for that side of the RV park. However still charging for a full hook. They make you sign a waiver to cover them selves. They provide what they call sewer and water services ( that fail to do their job), and only available for 3 days out of the week. Their showers are not clean, pool is also dirty. We booked for 6 nights and left on the three day. The construction company that was working there we did not see no body move a machine to fix roads. The pads are uneven. Dirt and dust everywhere. The map they gave us showed lots and swimming pool (small print coming soon).

Amazing Place
This place has everything you need to relax and enjoy. Fitness center, pool, bar, deli, playground, and more. I decided to stay an extra day I like it so much. No wonder they are booked up.

Nice park but can't give it over a 2, they charge you to use their dump station after paying over $40 a night. Kind of like a hotel charging you for toilet paper and per flush.

Nice Place
We stayed here for 4 nights during early April, 7 days after they opened for the season, so there were very few of the owners of the "cabins" were present but travelers were plentiful. Pool not yet opened, still too cold. Store is very well supplied for groceries. Lots of trees for shade during summer months. Very nice facilities and friendly staff. Located within traveling distance of Sedona, Flagstaff, Williams and the Grand Falls on the Navaho reservation. Have no complaints about this place.

Great Stay
Spent a week there and it was great. Drove 21 hours to go RZR riding and it was nice to come back to camp to the shade when it was 100 degrees out. Clean nice showers, a nice pool and hot tub and laundry facilities (which we did have to use). I would definitely stay again!!!

Don't Waste Your Money
"Policy" is a six letter work for laziness. After sustaining a blowout to our class A while enroute to their campground and after towing and repair expenses to nearly $12k, we asked several times for our $54 refund. The uncooperative, lazy and unsympathetic management is the reason why I'll never stay there or suggest to anyone else that they should. After reading several other reviews, you can tell those of honest customers and those written by them or their friends. Frankly, it's probably best we had our catastrophe to alleviate what would have certainly been an awful experience. The only reason why I made the reservation is the other 8 campgrounds I chose prior were booked during the days of our stay.
