Just What We Needed

Great little place for a city trip. We stayed here for a city weekend to enjoy Pheonix - OdySea, Horse Show, Legoland . . . I was thankful to find a place that allows kids, aka anyone under age 55, near the city. Very kind entry, within walking distance of RV supplies and service, laundry on site, walking trail access, very clean and tidy, and 25 minutes or less to every attraction we hoped to visit. It's true that it is small, 15 sites. At 32 feet with slides we fit with inches to spare. Bring your parking "A game". Thank you - very nice visit and perfect for what we wanted.

Very Accommodating and Courteous

Had to return to Mesa for repairs, waited after hours so we would have a spot. Steve was very nice and even helped us park! We shall return!

Twin Palms

Very small, 15 spots. We have a 34 foot and it barely fit in pull thru site. But, owner was friendly and accomodating. We stayed 3 nights. Our antenna got many tv channels, but wifi and cable are also available.
