Don’t Stay

We pulled in to find a spot and a Kingman police officer came in a few moments later. My husband asked if this would be a good place to stay. The officer smiled and shook his head no. We left.

Good Enough For Me But

If you like low rent trailer parks this may be fine for you. Be prepared to wash the counter in the laundry room before doing laundry and don't drop anything on the floor!Only one dryer worked when I was there. Pool was fine. Wife I was only in the rec room. Water electric and Sewer. Mostly long-term tenants. They have new managers who may be able to make this place nice so don't be afraid to check and see if you like it

Passing Thru

If you need a nights rest, dump your tank, replenish fresh water. This is your place. Not a resort but a place to rest and go

Convenient location from the highway and stores, cheap, nice staff. BBQ pit is a +. Bathrooms and showers are kinda rustic haha. Camp sights are next to a busy street...
