Expensive Yet Nice
The park is clean and easy to navigate with relatively wide lanes, sweeping corners, and generous pull-through sites. Spaces are level gravel and everything appears generally well-maintained. Quite possibly one of the nicest pet areas we have ever seen in an RV park. Although the price ($65+) may be a bit higher than normal, we will definitely consider this park for our future travels.

Great Campground
This is no longer a KOA. Great cable tv, Wi-Fi, and phone service. Clean and well maintained. Spacious camp spots, nice pool and friendly helpful staff.

Possibly one of the best mistakes I've made. Needed a one night stay. Can't say enough good. If this a KOA it's the nicest ever!

No Longer A KOA
Have stayed here twice, sites are plenty big enough for big rigs. Great customer service.

The Place To Stay
This is the 4th time we've stayed here. We will definitely come back. People are so friendly. Sites are great. Love the national monument right at our back door.

Oasis In The Desert
This is an amazing oasis in the desert!! We stayed for 5 nights this time and loved every minute. We attended the Thanksgiving potluck and card bingo afterwards and had a great time. The staff is amazingly friendly and truly make you feel welcome and valued. Scott (owner) is on the premises and is constantly improving the facility in both big ways and in small. It’s all in the details. We have stayed at many KOA from Arizona to Montana to Illinois and this one is by far the best!! We have even stayed at KOA Holiday level facilities that cost much more and were not as nice. If you like big campsites, quiet, lots of stars, great facilities including a big sparkling heated pool, super friendly staff and an oasis in the desert for 1 night or several, this is the place to stop. Consider driving out of you way to stay too. You won’t regret it.

The nicest KOA I have been to. Not what I expected in Gila Bend. It is quite obvious that Scott has put a lot of thought and work into this RV park. Grounds and facilities are spotless. Highly recommend!

Full Timer
I have stayed in many KOA campgrounds, this is by far the best. Large pull-thru sites, neat, well mainted grounds. The dog park is beautiful with real grass. Couldn't find a nicer park.

Nicest KOA We Have Stayed At
This is a really nice campground. Made an online reservation 30 minutes before we arrived and no problems. The young gentleman in the office was fabulous! They have done a ton of renovations, it’s a very nice respite in the middle of the desert. Pool, bathrooms all brand new. Cable worked flawlessly. Definitely will be back!

Fantastic Gem in Gila Bend
By far, the pet friendliest campground we have been to yet. From the grassed play areas (3), pet walks through the campground, 2 pet paradise sites and finally the pet shower area. The RV sites are all pull thru with plenty of space between sites. Loved it.

We stumbled upon this friendly and well-kept campground as overnighters on our way to Organ Pipe National Monument. From the moment we spoke on the phone until our tail lights left the property we were pleased with the staff (going out of their way to help us) , the facilities (great shower house, beautiful warm pool, immaculate grounds) and the sense of friendly inclusion by the winter residents (playing ping pong). The management seemed to have thought of every detail. They can’t do much about the train noise which travels a mile at night....but that is a small detail. I’ll be back.

Awesome Park
This park has recently become a KOA, and they did it right. Sites are all the pull thrus are about 55' wide and 80 to 100' long. The pool is very clean and about 89 degrees. Very large rec. hall with lots of fun activities. There are lots of long term residents but they are very friendly. There is a huge national monument right out back with about 400 miles of roads for atvs or jeeps. Staff is all awsome. Sites and facilities are very clean. There are several decent restaurants just a few miles away. Road noise is a little loud but not intolerable.

Disappointed
After not finding any campgrounds in the greater Phoenix area that would, or could, accommodate us and our 4 small children for a little less than 2 month stay, we called KOA. They have a 4 person max for monthly sites. The owner said he’d make an exception for us if we weren’t able to find anything else and strongly suggested a mobile home park and to look elsewhere because the KOA doesn’t have anything for children to do. We were thankful for the offer of the exception, but didn’t appreciate being lied to about the amenities to encourage us to seek another place. Thankfully we were able to find an accommodating park an hour north of the city where our children aren’t an issue.

Happy Camping
Just passing through for the night, but definitely would consider staying longer! Very clean and incredibly well maintained Mr Scott and the staff have customer service “locked down”.

Great KOA.
This is the nicest, cleanest campground I've seen with dog runs, laundry and pool. Planned on staying 3 nights but stayed 2 weeks. Will return for 3 months next time.

Very Good
Spent 3 nights. Extremely clean and well organised with nice amenaties, dog park, pool, good wi fi, showers, etc. One review spoke of difficulty parking the rig. THERE DRIVE THRU. Signage is not very good after dark. Very new and sharp.$35 is more like $$.

Nice looking park. Huge amount of rules. To many for my taste. Very quiet, very clean. $38 for full hook up. I would stay again. Price is a little high considering construction not completed yet.

This Park Is Now A KOA
This park is now a KOA and is under renovations. It is a large park and when the face lift is do it is going to be a beautiful park. They already have lush dog run with green grass which my dog loved. Their adding a pool and a new bath house. Park is not busy construction works like previous comment a few snowbirds. With whatever else their are planning the park will wonderful. If we do every come back this way. We stay here.

Mediocre place
Large park with mostly long-term construction workers. Call first because the few overnight spots are taken quickly. Park is all gravel and crushed cinders. Although the sites are large and adequate for big rigs, maneuvering into some of the sites is difficult due to a poor layout plan in the short-term area. Basic utilities are functional, but no cable TV and the advertised "internet" is worthless. Even close to the office the signal is poor. However inside the office there are four hard wire connections that work well. Just take your laptop into the office area and connect. Some night traffic noise from the interstate and a train track nearby. The only plus factor for this park is the ATV area adjacent to the rear of the park. Otherwise this is a park for one night if nothing better can be found. The other park that is behind the Shell station had no vacancies due to all the construction workers living there.
