Everything is super clean, seamless check in and checkout. I've stayed here before and I will stay here again.

Clean And Quiet
Clean and quiet campground. Little expensive but was worth the money. All sites are paved. No fires allowed. I would stay here again. Would give it five stars if it was just a bit cheaper.

Super RUDE Manager
While in transit to TX from California, this was our first stop. Stayed for two nights. Called on the way here, made the reservations but never received the confirmation email that I was told I would have. Luckily I remembered the site number (301) and that’s where the Manager left our paperwork, inside the electrical box. Wasn’t told the showers weren’t being allowed to use, good luck having a key that works for the bathrooms and pool. The manager was just plain rude... not only to me but many other customers as well. Is this place nice? It is, as precise well at $45/day but customer service can go a long way. Just be specific when you call and ask question...

Nice Park...terrible Internet
This is the nicest family friendly resort as close to PHX as you can get BUT the WiFI is absolutely horrible!! When you call the office, they tell you they have wired internet spots that will give you a speed of 100mbps for $1/day. What they don’t tell you is they throttle it back to 8mbps!! If you are coming here for the internet, don’t. They’re lying! They also conveniently forget to mention the $4/day utility charge. This is a nice, clean park with wide sites but they are lacking picnic tables. Beautiful views!

Fulltimer
We've stayed here the last 4 winters. We've always been pleased with the staff and the sites. Many people are repeat visitors and very sociable. Sites are level . Used to be kept up better than now but, we're presently in a stay in place because the virus. So, we just try to keep our own site clean. Staff has been very helpful with this whole situation, having to extend our stay.

Nice
We stayed only 1 night with our 42ft 5th wheel. Easy in and out. Sites level and decent sized, but I didn’t see tables, many campers, quiet. Staff very friendly. The laundry is expensive—$3 to wash and 25 cents for 10 min on the dryers. Overall a nice stay.

A Good Place To Stay, But ....
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This park is probably the closest to the Mayo Clinic Scottsdale. I told the lady that was the purpose of our visit and that we didn't have a set departure date due to potential treatments. She put a rental block on the time after our 1 week rental for about 2 weeks so that we could extend as needed. Very nice!! The sites are asphalt and level, but somewhat short if you have a long rig with a full sized long bed pickup. There are about 150 sites here and one bathroom each for men and women, and two separate showers each. Zero grass and shade is sparse, but I love their desert landscaping. Early morning and late evening are quite pleasant after a 106F day, but there are no picnic tables. September will test your AC unit .... don't want to think about July/August. Clean and well kept. I would stay here again, especially in the winter.

Clean & Convenient
We are rv’ers but also live up the road from this rv Park. Haven’t stayed but been thru it. It looks nice & clean. It’s convenient to a lot of the Phoenix area. It is a safe rv Park. Has a nice pool. It is secluded but you could walk to the gas station. I think the only thing I would not like is lack of shade. The pool looks nice. The casino is across the highway & has a couple of restaurants but the cigarette smoke will knock your socks off. RV Park is very close to Fountain Hills & you will totally enjoy that town. So I would recommend this RV Park. Hope this helps. Safe travels.

Worth A Stop
Clean, quite, and convenient location within the fountain hills area. Large paved sites with good room between each, limited grass and trees. Helpful staff that keeps a very nice park that we will return to. Long term tenants are very friendly with not a lot of outside junk. Book ahead as the park is busy. Easy in and out for all rig types. Make sure to get your rig detailed with Andrew from ans auto detail while there.
