Great Overnight

This place is beautiful however I’m giving it four stars because most sites are not level. Being December it was cold so we had to fill the freshwater tank.

Love It!

I have stayed here on two separate occasions. The first time, I was in a site with water only, no electricity. The second time, I was in a full hook up site. The campground is quiet and relaxing. Lots of trees and shade! The staff is very polite and helpful. The cabins and yurts look interesting, and I might try reserve one in the future. Must have a military ID to stay here.

A Nice Slice Of Flagstaff

Very great experience; highly recommended. Lots of options at this military-only recreation area. There's a hotel, cabins, RV sites, yurts, and primitive sites. The RV sites are a little tight. We have a 38" bumper pull and had a little struggle moving around in one spot. They have a mix of pull-throughs and back-ins. Our site had water and 50/30 amp hookups. There is a dump station. Nice walking trails. It's co-located with a county park. Check out Flagstaff or the NAU campus while you are there.
