Nice Sites By The River
Beautiful! North on Hwy 78 from Brawley. Aprox 10m after crossing the bridge over Outfall Drain, turn east onto first & only gravel road beside C28 Canal. Viola! Pick your area. Pick your site. Pay the host. (If staying 4 or more nights, get BLM $75 year pass which can be used in Yuma & Quartzite. Clean pit toilets. Thk U! Enjoy listening to the birds, lapping water and rattling river reeds. Walking roads along side the canal. Spectacular stargazing! Nightly howls from the ‘choirboys’.

Shady Tranquil Spot & Excellent Camphost
Various spots by the original Colorado arm or the canal. Exceptional caring and friendly camp host couple. Unfortunately, the nearby cibola wildlife refuge has had not enough water for some time, so the wildlife is quite limited. But we saw sandhill cranes, white gees, ducks and more. Not many walking trails around, only a few miles, but through a natural forest.

Great place to camp
i really liked this campground, no excessive noise, clean , nice getaway. My 19ft trailer was able to park without a problem, saw some 30 ft Trailers too. well worth the 15 Bucks i paid , stayed 2 nights, traffic was constant some trucks driving a little too fast

Quiet, But A Bit Hard To Find
This is a very quiet campground right on the Colorado River. Probably about 20 sites mostly empty on a Saturday in February. 15$ a night. Pit toilets Launch ramp. This is a real BLM campground not just camping out in remote lands.
