Friendly Place

We were fortunate to stay here in our motor home for two months. People we met were friendly and welcomed us. A variety of activities on the calendar if you’re interested. Staff is helpful. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tubs and library. Large, affordable laundry facilities. This RV park is clean and within a mile or two of several grocery stores, restaurants and anything else you need. Easy drive across the Colorado River to Laughlin NV and about 1 1/2 hours to Las Vegas.

Great Amenities

Love it. Two pools and two jacuzzis, craft rooms (sewing, lapidary, wood) gated entry, and excellent neighbors. Quiet, clean and lots to do. Retirement mecca. Great management and onsite sales office if you're looking for a park model. Mostly seasonals, but many here all year. Nearby medical, shopping, and restaurant opportunities. Casinos are also nearby in Laughlin.

Great 55+ Park

Great park with very nice amenities. 2 pools 2 jacuzzi. Mostly park models. The people are super friendly. The 1 draw back is street are supper narrow. Stayed in a 38 ft 5th wheel and it was very difficult getting backed into my spot. Lots of obstacles like flower beds, light post , cars, stop sign. Probably will not be back due to tight streets and parking.
