Trains!! Very Rude.
WiFi useless so many steps to get logged in and then if you do it’s very slow. There are trains that come by frequently and blow there horn. Charge extra per dog. Pull thru are not level unless you have a short rig , too many rules not sure if they are a resort or campground. Moved to a different park.

Mixed review. Clean, spacious, peaceful
It has pull through and back in spaces. Upper-end RV park with a pine tree & picnic table. Small pool w/hot tub. Close too groceries. Train nearby, but I happen to like trains - reminds me of the Wild West. Negatives: Pretty sterile and strict with MANY rules. The observatory was interesting, but must have clear skies and very little wind - sign up right when the office opens at 8am because it only holds 12 people. Showers get locked at 10pm. It is a quiet park. Kids and dogs are allowed here. Only about 25 mins away from Tombstone (this is why we chose this park). Definitely the nicest one in the area. Would do a short term stay here, but long term would go nuts with all the rules.

This place is clean and quiet, with a pool!! Very nice place to stay when traveling. Local businesses deliver food too.

Just got in today and I have to say, absolutely the nicest RV resort I have stayed in. It's so nice I asked to stay another week. Really nice. A+

Mixed Emotions
The park is well maintained and facilities are clean. Lots are level and hook ups easy. Safeway and Walmart are very convenient to get to too - can walk to Safeway and Starbucks! If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet place, then you need to look outside of town. The train is right near the park and runs/whistles throughout the night. Trash picked up around 5:45a on Monday- so looking forward to some quiet nights at home.

Nice Place
We enjoyed our time here. Stayed four nights. Conveniently located for Tombstone and the Saguaro National Park-East. Asphalt pads with gravel surrounding sites. Restrooms spotless. Observatory was a great plus-free to guests and very informative. Only drawback was fuzzy cable reception. Will stay again!

Great RV park. Nice people and amazingly clean. Love the observatory. Trains are close and loud but after a few times easy to ignore. Slept well.

Great Stay - We Booked For Next Year
We’re just ending a 2 month stay here, and hate to leave. We’re full timers and this is one of the nicest parks we’ve stayed in. The park is nicely landscaped and easy to navigate, the sites are a generous size, and everyone is friendly. We made a lot of friends here. Everyone on the staff is cheerful and efficient, and they keep the place immaculate. There are always activities available in the clubhouse or banquet hall. Pool and spa are under construction, but almost complete. They just added a 3rd dog park. Short walk to shopping and the Post Office. We booked for 4 months next year. Can’t wait to return.

A+
When we are traveling this way this will definitely be our overnight stop. Sites are clean and well set up. Pulled in late and just paid in the morning. All the staff members I met were incredibly friendly. I like the dog area too!

Very Friendly
We stayed here for two nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They are pet friendly and kid friendly. We played pool, did some puzzles and they always had something going on in the clubhouse. The pool is being renovated but it was pretty cold. Best RV park in the area of you're staying more than one night.

Nice Place
It’s a big RV Park, and pretty sterile, but I appreciate a clean park. We stayed only one night. At check-in they failed to give us the WIFI code. When we called the office later in the evening we had to leave a message and there was never a return call. It sits very close to railroad tracks so there’s a good bit of train noise.

Nice Park
Best RV park in the area, good pull through spots, great location to camp to visit Tombstone. Some train noise but not bad!

Trains Went By All Night
I felt like I was lying on the tracks. Perhaps this is because I was on the northern part of the park. In any case it was very obnoxious.

In addition to everything said by everyone else, they have a complete ham station with HF, VHF & UHF capabilities with a rotating beam on a tower. Must have a copy of your FCC Amateur Radio Operators License.

Top notch place
Very clean, no dust, all streets and parking pads are paved. Wonderful club house with activities. Grocery shopping is a short walk away. Train noise at night might bother some people. Seems like every train the in west wanders past here at night, with horns blasting. After a while, you become accustomed to it though.

We went for a years lease and enjoy the amenities. We went to the observatory and had a good time. Ken was very knowledgeable and interjected humor into his presentation, and it was free. Pool, exercise room, spa, woodshop and a computer room with a printer. Very clean and has 2 dog runs. We're happy!
