Very Secluded And Serene Park
We stayed there for three nights, touring the trails and visiting the park.
The park has no hook-up whatsoever, save for a dump station, bathouses and water spigots distributed around the park.
Night time is *very* quiet and dark, excellent for star watching.
Overall an excellent park, we recommend it highly.

Hidden Gem
We always drove past Oregon pipe on our way to Rocky Point Mexico. For this trip we decided to spend a couple of extra days at the National monument after leaving Mexico. So glad we did. It's a beautiful park and the campground is very well laid out for the amount of space they have with lots of vegetation between campers. Very clean bathrooms and showers. Dry camping only, with no electric or water hookups, but plenty of water spigots around the park to fill jugs. Nothing to attach a garden hose to for filling your tank unless you go down to the dump station to fill freshwater when you first get there. Friendly staff and nice scenic roads for sightseeing. I would say this is a must do during the spring desert wild flower season.

Very nice grounds for dry camping. I stayed here for four nights on my way into Mexico and it was the perfect spot. There are nightly talks by a park ranger on various topics related to the desert that last about an hour which I really enjoyed. There is absolutely nothing there for groceries. So stock up before you go. Very beautiful and quiet. I’ll stay here again.

Great Campground
Very well designed campground. Easy to maneuver (36ft 5th wheel). Visitors Center and all but one bathroom is closed due to government shutdown. I assume the campground host is taking care of the trash and cleaning the bathroom. Whoever's responsible is doing a great job. Stunning scenery. Wonderful dark and quiet nights. No one is marking reserved sites, fortunately the one we reserved before the shutdown was available. There were plenty of sites. Some people probably canceled their trips. Dump station is open.

Make Sure You Have Everthing You Need
Buy your groceries and whatever you need before you get here nothing around here Lukeville is just a gas station convenience store at the border. Has solar showers but water was never warm need larger system. Beautiful spot nice camping spots they even seperate the campers with generators from the ones without which is nice .

National Monument campground
Beautiful CG in the desert. No hookups but water and dump available. Several ranger led activities.
