Perfect Stop on trip to Denali/Talkeetna

Very nice Campground had been destroyed by wild fire August 2019. Followed by Corona, it was hard to restart, but now again a good stop with full hooks and WiFi. Very friendly and good price.

If all you need is electric, water, and sewer, this will work. Evidence of the fire is obvious but a lot of work has been done. The sites are gravel and level. The electric and water facilities are new and more than adequate. The man operating the site was friendly and helpful.

The forest fires last year wiped this area out. Park doesn’t look as bad as their neighbors. But it is closed.

This is my third year staying here. Really enjoy this park as it is quiet and friendly.
