Very clean, wonderful management, spaces are sufficient, quiet end of the beach and town, with a nearby beach bar, and several beach restaurants. Lo de Marcos town is less than 0.5 miles away and has many great restaurants, pickleball in a modern pay court system with 3 paved courts, and 3 courts painted in the downtown square for a pittance to play. Great hiking trails and hike leaders posting when and where. Good dirt biking through local farm roads. Softball several days a week. Rates are for a 4 month minimum stay. 53,000 pesos for 4 months, additional months are discounted and storage is discounted further.
