we stopped here for an overnight in our RV. paid the camp fee cash in the drop box and picked one of the dozen fire rings and picnic tables in a large grass field. this is like a large group camp site. very short walk to the lakeshore where we used the two free kayaks to paddle the clear lake, then headed back to the site for campfire cooking and smores. they have a covered group area too for larger gathering. you can still hear the occasional truck on the highway, but it's a very peaceful and beautiful campsite. nothing like the gravel park camps. this one feels like a private vacation spot.
no hookups, and the bathrooms are outhouses, but very clean!
