My favourite site on the water. Well maintained campground. Excellent hiking and biking trails. Dog friendly.

Buffalo Pound

We have stayed twice now and really had a decent time. I was leary but have no real complaints. Both times our sites were easy to find and at least reasonably enjoyable. The weather was hot the first time and cooler the second time with an evening of rain. The first site was a little wide open for our liking. Our second trip there was a water main break and we had no water for a day but repair happened quickly even though we were the only campers in the area that day. We were impressed! We will be back again!
