An older campground that needs some TLC. Power at most sites, but no water hookup. The washrooms that had running water & flush toilets were clean serviceable but very old. The outhouse/pit toilets throughout the campground were in need of emptying & cleaning & smelled. The few water taps throughout the campground usually had about 5 or 6 hoses hooked up to them running to units that must spend the whole summer there - to get a bucket of water you had to undo one of the hoses, fill your bucket & then reattach the hose. There is a nice pond/beach area as well as large grass & picnic areas. The office/store has basic items & there Is pay laundry & showers attached to the office. Good for a one night stop, but wouldn't want to spend more than a night or two there.
