Access To City Good
Staff were very friendly and were happy to pass along any info to help your stay. Campgrounds are definitely tired and this is really just a spot to stay so you can get to the city quickly and easily. If you want a great location to access the city then this is your spot. Just don’t expect more than that and you’ll be pleased as can be.

Convenient To Quebec City
Wooded sites without sewer well spaced for privacy. Sites with sewers were on a flat area with fewer trees and closer to the road. Some road sound. Clean although older washrooms. Coin operated showers - quarters (2 enough for a decent shower). Laundry takes 2 Loonies for the washer lid and two more for dryer. Fire rings at each site. Firewood $6 for a small bundle and $8 for 2 nights worth delivered to our site (end cuts of building lumber which burns quickly) Take bus to ferry. About 1/2 hour trip $3.50 per person one way. You need exact change. The ferry is about $6 each return. Very convenient way to get right to Old Quebec City. Owner was very helpful and both speak English.

Great Campground!
Visited for a few nights - nicely located campground with great owners. short bus ride to QC ferry. Close to highway 20. Also near groceries, etc. Owners were super nice and overlooked our lack of their language. Would definitely return. 45’ MH towing. Large level sites, good power, wide roads. Winner!

Very nice place to stay , clean ,quiet , close to shopping and dining options. The gentleman owner did not hesitate to speak English and was proud of his area, sharing stories and suggestions of sites to see the area. Would recommend and return.

Acceptable
A fairly nice campground. The lady who checked us in spoke English, but was obviously uncomfortable with it. The man who took her place the next day, I think was the owner, was very competent in English and was very helpful. We asked her for a site with 2 services (water & electric). She said 3 services are better and gave us one of those ... for the higher price, saying it was better because it was close to the bathrooms (which we didn’t use). We found out later she admitted the spot she gave us was a mistake (it was pretty tight backing our 30' trailer into the spot), she should have given us another for our rig. It was convenient for getting to the city. Like others, I'd recommend driving to the ferry, about 6 miles to the north, parking all day (free on weekends) and taking the ferry across to the lower city ($3 per person - senior rates - each way). All of the tourist attractions are within walking distance from the ferry stop. You don't want to drive in Quebec City.

Happy to speak English
Great campground, quiet, decent sized sites with picnic table. Owners are very friendly & accommodating, combined recycling. Access to ferry (7.20$Cdn r/t) into Quebec City is only 7 miles away (8$Cdn for 12 hr parking). Water falls only 2 miles away. Perfect location for spending a few days in QC.

Great Access to Quebec city
The park is all gravel, the sites are fairly close together with very little vegetation in between. It is very quiet (during the week). The best part: it is close to the bridge to Quebec City and there is a ferry a few miles away, easy to get to. We suggest the ferry and walk, if you want to see the old part of the city. The ferry is inexpensive, and takes bikes and cars. There is also a great waterfall within biking distance. Staff has been very helpful and pleasant!

Truly A Relaxing Place To Stay
We stayed seven days to take advantage of all the sightseeing. Quebec City is NOT to be skipped. If staying here I recommend you park your car (about $5 for all day) and take the ferry ($12 ea) in to Quebec City. And don't forget to see the Citadel!!! They do their changing of the guard at 10am, once each day. As for this campground, it's very clean, some shady spots, some sunny, all gravel and quite level. Fire wood was an incredible $6/load for what most campgrounds use for 2 or 3 loads. Met the owner, a very cordial and friendly gentleman. The lady usually working the front desk seems to have her good and bad days. We arrived on one of her good ones and left on one of her bad days. All in all you won't find a campground here much nicer, or much better located.
