Great!

Lovely campground and full hookups was a plus! Beach is lovely, easy access! Higher fhu site numbers closer to beach access. Sites very private, vegetation nice hight between sites

Fabulous Long Beach

Of course Hurricane Fiona knocked down trees. Still stunning. Has unserviced sites overlooking the beach. Water & electrical sites steps from the beach. Huge area for full serviced sites. Fantastic walking/bike trails. Nice clean washrooms/showers & laundry facilities. Great staff.

Storm Damage

This campground should be closed until it is restored. The storm damage from fall 2022 is extensive (snapped trees). Very surprised that Parks Canada has it open.

One Of Our Favorite Places

Campground is very clean and quiet. Stunning sunsets over the ocean. Lots to do on site with the beach, trails, and playgrounds. Also very close proximity to a ton of tourist attractions in Cavendish, North Rustico and Stanley Bridge. Only down side is you need to go to the registration building to access (free) wifi.

Excellent Campground Hi

We stayed in A-98 from 9/22 to 9/26. I can verify Skip's comment on closure date. Ranger told us they would close on 9/27. This is a great place, with beach, immaculate laundry (loonies only), and clean bath house. Saw a van of cleaning folks go there twice a day. Great central location for sightseeing.

Not Open till The End Of Oct

They closed for the season on September 27th. They are not open until the end of October. One star rating only because I had to give a rating in order to post a review.

Lovely Cavendish

Wonderful campground. Would have given it a perfect score except for lots of poison ivy in B circle, mosquitoes that bite through deet and clothes. Beautiful location and very clean.
