Not very "wide open". Mostly permanent residents. Nice enough people. Large lots WITH sewer.

Nice Family Campground

We stayed here for a week and had a great time. There’s playgrounds everywhere, a pool and a beautiful outlook to watch the tidal bore. There is a lot of seasonal campers so a lot of the open sites are not as level and landscapes as the seasonal campers who take care of their own sites. Our only complaints is that the wifi isn’t available in most of the park, none of the sites have sewer and the vacant spots could use more gravel and grooming. The campground is super quiet during the week and weekends are high volume and people like to stay up and have a good time. Noise doesn’t bother us but I could see renters having a hard time with the noise. Either way we had a great time and would stay again. The price is great and the owner will dump your trailer with their portable dump wagon if you fill up before you leave.
