Not Too Bad

We were vendors at a Cam-Plex event so we were able to camp here. $29/night for full hookups which was great. Nice level gravel camping area, pull-through spots. Bathrooms were locked (Covid? Off-season? Not sure) but we didn’t need them. There was nothing to do at the campground but there is a small playground in between all the buildings. No weird stuff happening at night or anything - nice and quiet. Gillette is a bit of a distance from the Cam-Plex but shopping is easy and there’s a great city park in town for kids. Finding things to do was confusing on the city website, if you like to explore a bit locally like we do. There is a cool park nearby with old coal mining equipment but get ready for the kids to get dirty! :)
