Beautiful Park But...

Beautiful park but absolutely not being compliant with state mandates for wearing mask. You check in at a bar and it’s full of people not social distancing or wearing mask. Sites themselves are beautiful and our spot was right on the river.

I found the perfect Campground when staying in lacrosse. Clean quiet. I was right on the river perfect for my party deck and ?.will be back soon

On The Water

We found the park quite nice, very nice management, clean and most importantly, on the water! About half or more of the sites have direct access to water... kids can fish from those sites! Some folks had there fishing and pontoons docked right in front of their sites! No sewer hookups, but dump site is available and clean. Bugs were not bad given all the water, however the noise of cars from the street was noticeable at night.

Beautiful Site On The Mississippi River

Our site was backed up to the river, awesome spot. The man who checked me in was lazy as could be, I asked if they were Good Sams? His reply was we are but I all ready rung you up. Lazy!

Nice Location A Bit Tired

Great location on the Mississippi River. Site spaces well. Down grad on bathrooms and laundry. Old and need some work. Great for an overnight but wouldn’t stay longer unless you don’t plan to use the facilities.

Great location on the Mississippi River, but the mosquitos about carried us away!

Great Staff

We had a major hiccup at the start of our trip to CA and this was to be our first stop. However, due to that hiccup we were VERY late, staff met us and showed us to our spot. It was dark and they stayed until we were settled in (around midnight). Because it was so dark and we were tired and hungry we didn’t see the park until the next morning. It was wonderful. Spacious lots and you are surrounded by water. Nothing super fancy but there were picnic tables, grass and trees and the dogs loved exploring the place. I am writing this in 2018 because I am planning another trip and plan to stay there again, but we stayed in June 2016.

Very Disappointed

Beautiful location, but conditions in campground are deplorable.
