BUYER BEWARE
This business doesn’t honor the cancellation policy in the confirmation letter they send you. As a follow up, the issue has been resolved, but I probably will never make a reservation here again.

Pricy For Dry Camp But Worth It
Was shocked when I approached this place. Lots of big rigs right next to each other. I am a car camper so def did not fit in the main area with hookups. There are 2 dry camp overflow areas, one on the grass by the restroom and the other across the street on grass above a parking lot but also the beautiful bay. Was hard pressed to find a level site. All that said, I loved my stay of 3 nights. Paid $1 extra to grab a back site (not so nice area) with electricity to get things charged up on my last night. Great little store and laundry room with microwave. Shout out to worker Tim! Coin op showers. Was hard pressed to get the shower water warm enough. Beautiful walking path along the quiet bay. Bring your water toys and drop them in for a paddle. Or go to the marina for the boat ramp. Very laid back and quiet location. And a nice family park.

Beautiful View
Really depends on your site. Four row facing ocean only 1&2 have a view. Our site is fabulous, the site in front of us has a flower garden. We want to live here!

Family Safe
Just needed a late night stay - after hour check in easy. Found Resort very family oriented feeling, safe and well maintained.

Nice Park
Owned by the descendants of John Wayne and it's starting to show its age. Office, store, laundry in need of some care. Most sites overlooking the water (on the other side of the road). We dry camped for a few days in the grass covered overflow area and it was just fine since we have solar. Didn't have WiFi at all. Centrally located to enjoy the local sights.
