This is a nice, clean Park. The full-time residents 95% are all friendly. The negatives are lots of road noise, day and night. The park sits on the road to the Seattle ferry. Also, there is a 4-page, double sided, find print set of rules and a two-page registration form. They are trying to keep the undesirables out, but have overdone it. This park is not designed for an overnight stay. If you are looking for a long-term stay in this area, I would recommend this park period we camp at Cedar Glen RV in a fifth wheel.
