Trailer Park

The owner is really running a trailer park for people who live in rv's. He has maybe 3 sites he keeps open for nightly rentals but everyone else here are his "tenants" as he calls them and many have been here a long time it appears! The roads are dirt and slimy with mud and the spots are just grass with hookups. I came in at the end of Dec and the grass was at least 6 inches long and matted down with decaying leaves. The site was really soggy and there was a puddle about 2 inches deep and 8 inches wide at the base of the electrical post. In speaking with him, it's obvious that he stopped caring about the condition of this property long ago! The road noise is deafening! The Wifi is spotty and there is 1 washer and 1 dryer that is locked after 5:30 pm in winter. Unless you are extremely desperate, don't even bother to stop here. There are many nice parks within a 20 mile radius and most of them closer to tourist activities.
