A Nice Place Come Back To

@Dennis, I was able to move the map marker to the correct location. This is a real nice place to stay. It's well maintained and the camp host was friendly. We shared a double spot with some friends and we really liked it. Some sites have a great view of the river and others are very private. I agree, the trains are loud due to the sound carrying across the water, but don't let that stop you from visiting. We went to the local winerys. Our favorite was Alexandria Nicole right up the hill. Make sure to visit Water From Wine too, they're a great non-profit organization.

Iocation

Crow Butte is not as shown on the map. You will have to go farther west down the highway to find the park. It is shown on the map. Look very close for the gate. It is easy to miss. Vary good fishing in the area.

Clean And Updated

This park is located right on the Colombia river. I wouldn't say quiet because you can see and hear the train pass frequently and trucks from Hwy 14. But that did not affect us from having a terrific time. Plenty of hiking, swimming, fishing a boat launch and the best playground for kids I have ever seen. Me and my boyfriend liked it so much we played in it for a while! I would definitely go again it was great scenery.
