Packed In Like Sardines!!
Sites are very small, turns getting in and out are very tight. No cable, although our site was supposed to have cable. There are lots of long term campers and some very decrepit looking RVs here. There was barely enough room for a picnic table on our site and the neighbors’ septic hose was right next to our picnic table. Mostly gravel, the asphalt we parked on was buckling. Check-in was slow with only one person working in the office (she was very nice). This park has about 150 sites when they should only have 75.

Disappointing
Worst KOA ever. The sites were so cramped together you could barely fit. Some sites were so small that people had to park their tow vehicles in another location. We were in the back of the park (37) which had a more “normal” sized site but our truck barely fit and our trailer is only 22 feet. Not all sites had sewer. Wi-fi was useless. Laundry and bathrooms were old and outdated. Amazon distribution across the street so truck noise was constant but in the back it was bearable. Here’s the stinker…Sat and Sun were fine but Monday morning at 8:00 am the construction began at the site right next to the park. We are talking huge earth movers and a pile driver that was so loud and annoying you literally wanted to scream. We spent most of Monday and Tuesday in Seattle but they were still at it until 5:00. If it weren’t so convenient to shopping and Seattle, we would have left on Monday morning. I think construction will be going on for quite a while so I would recommend going ANYWHERE else.

Potholes
The management clearly care more about style than substance. They have made a huge effort to decorate for Halloween with blow up decorations all over the park. I would really appreciate their efforts if the roads were not riddled with huge potholes and if the sites did not have badly sunken areas right where you need to put your back wheels. Price is high but would be worth it IF infrastructure was in good repair.

Great Place!!
We just spent 11 nights here visiting family and seeing the sights of Seattle. Park is very clean and staff was always friendly and helpful. Our site was level and we had plenty of space. Would definitely stay again!!

Need To Fix A Whole Lotta Potholes!
Good location but very, very tight (unable to extend awning, barely enough room to extend slides). There are many deep potholes all over the park; an easy fix and very neglectful of the park management! Office staff very friendly.

Worse KOA we have ever stayed at. Sites are too small and staff is rude. Was told we had a 40 foot site, our 30 foot just fits. No place to park the car. Old run down park and employees. Way over priced $63 per night for a crappy site.

Cramped and the length you just fit. Friendly staff and keep up park, laundry has all new machines 2 1/2 miles off 5. Too tight and cramped, wouldn't do again.

Tough To Review
Great location, reasonably priced laundry, heated pool, and friendly staff. On the downside it is very crowded and some spots are very very tight. It’s hard to give this Koa an amazing review or a bad review. But honestly, compared to the price of dry camping down the road, the semi-high price ends up being decent and it really is close to everything. We stayed a couple nights and came back to stay again. If your site is too tight they work with you to move you to a better spot. However, this location is so popular that everything fills up pretty quick! We would definitely consider coming back again if we are in this area.

Narrow Sites
The 6” clearance someone pointed out is pretty much accurate. It is good location for exploring Seattle area.

This is an older park, but if you need to get out of Seattle traffic, it is a fine spot. Folks are friendly. thanks to Raphael, who helped us with a leaking tire.

Koa Seattle
We have stayed here as it's the only place within miles for family functions. Our experience its the worst koa running. Sites are small and narrow. Limited off site parking. Some of the grounds look like the Seattle homeless. Broken down rigs, take a walk and see the expired tags. Limited to one wifi electronic. Limited cable, and I mean really limited. The sites are so narrow if your awning is out you will come within 6" of your neighbor. No fires from the king county fire ban.

No Way
In front row because nothing for medium size tt . A major rd at stop lite was 150 ft away. The noise is horrendous. Very rude. Told us if you want foot walk to fast food down the road. Wish I'd have found anything but this.

Better Off Staying At Wal-Mart!!
The customer service is god awful, right along with the management. Frankly, i am amazed that this KOA is still open. I have never experienced such terrible serbice <<ur3You'd be better off going to the Wal-Mart down the street!

Should have turned around and left this dump when we arrived would have save ourselves a lot of aggravation
Sites are not big rig friendly and only good if u plan on staying inside since they are so small and dirty Hope the front desk doesn't give your site to someone else in the middle of your stay. Not sure why they are in business yet other than location and must be one step above alleys for the homeless

Not What We Expected From KOA
Spend one night, mid week, was fairly full. An older campground that needs some TLC. Men's washroom was messy, women's was clean & o.k. We were in the south half (power & water only) most people (families) there were living there permanently in tents, old old motor homes/trailers that didn't look road worthy. A lot of bikes & other personal items spread around the sites of the permanent residents. The north half seemed to be better as they had full hook ups and your larger RV units/motor homes. As it rained most of the time we were there, the ground was soggy with muddy areas where there was no gravel. Didn't use the showers, so can't comment on then, but they looked clean. The spaces are fairly tight & we watched 40' motor homes having trouble getting in & out of their sites. It's not the worst campground we've been at, but it's a couple steps above being in the bush with just an out house. I would think KOA would monitor their campground facility a little better.

Close To Seatac
This place is old and a lot of the rvs are permanent. Amazon's huge warehouses are across the street and I think employees workers live here. But we didnt think it was as bad as some of the reviews. there is a large nature preserve behind the park which we enjoyed hiking in. we stayed here because we had to pick-up someone at the airport in the morning and we live 4 hours away. It is perfect for that, only minutes away from the terminal.

2 Stars Because of Proximity to Seattle
The facility is very run down. Most of the washers and dryers don't work. The sites are extremely small and poorly maintained. There is dog poop everywhere and no one enforces cleanup rules. The park had an electrical fire while we were there and everyone was without power for 4 days. Their "compensation " was free breakfast during this time. I went one morning for the breakfast at 8:30 and they hadn't set up yet and informed me they may be open around 9:00 and offer a few items but they weren't sure. Additionally, another camper at the park had reserved a site for a few months and had already been staying in it for a while when the staff made her move 3 sites down for a weekend because another camper specifically requested her site number. Why they couldn't ask the other camper to take the site 3 sites down is beyond me, but that it a terrible way to treat paying customers.

One Of Our Worst Experiences
First off, I had to give it one star, just because I had to in order to give a review, plus my son enjoyed the pool for about 2 hrs. Other than that it was terrible. I would prefer a Walmart parking lot. Smallest of sites, very noisy, next to heavy commercial area, noise bans not enforced, worn down services, vehicles and motor homes/trailers throughout park. Was to be a hub for several days in Seattle, but luckily they refunded our money for remainder of days, left after one evening, only stayed because we had travelled for 8 hours from spokane.
