Not Great
"RV resort" is definitely a misnomer. I agree with all the negatives mentioned. Besides that the men's bathroom was unkept and had a distinct odor It did take me 2 trips through the park to find our spot. Too much hassle to spend only one night, but will not come back.
If not for rustic cabins at the of the end of the RV sites

My Least Favorite Park
I would have left one star but the gentleman who let us come in after hours was very kind. The property is run down, it's not clean, there were cigarettes all over the ground, tight spots, expensive, and the drive out is like playing chicken with the unknown since you can't see AT ALL.

Nice Campground
I saw some of the complaints about the guard shack and unpacked roads, not a big deal!!!
Nice pull thru, pool and spa.
Very near to many sites to see!
Iād comeback.

Nice Place. No Complaints.
Stayed there at least 12 nights over the past three months. Showers were hot, never had problems with other campers. Check in staff is always friendly. As other campers have stated in the past, the guard shack needs to go, and the road coming up the hill needs redone. Other than that, no complaints, nice place...š¤š£

Super Staff
They were still masked up but really friendly. The site in the woods (302) was great and the showers were hot up by the main office.

Nice Place
The pool was a little ghetto. The guard shack was not as bad as the last reviewer stated. Shuffle board and putt putt was fun. Lots for the kids to do.

Take Out The Guard Shack
We agree with everything Not a Happy Camper says. Very dangerous when you depart the park. Blind to traffic on your right when you're exiting.
We were parked above. Our slide and our neighbor slide were about 18 inches apart. They did not park in their space correctly. Had to back out of our space do two small trees on both sides in front of the coach

Not A Happy Camper
This park was designed, built and maintained by folks that have never driven an RV of any kind. Starts off with a completely unnecessary guard shack at the entrance. Makes for a bit of a squeeze right at the start. Then a steep upgrade to the office where there is no where to park out of the way while registering. The sites in the main lot are as tight as I have ever seen. The road to the "cheap" sites are rough and dusty. Had to wash the toad and tow bar before disconnecting since everything was covered in a thick layer of dust. The roads are NOT marked at all the the site markers are not always visible from the road. Everyone that I talked with said it takes about 3 trips through to find the assigned site and then figure out how to find the entrance to the site. Probably the worst part is trying to pull out on the road when leaving the park. The Eagles Nest sign blocks the view to the right so it can be a bit risky pulling out. No WiFi. Will not stay at this park again.

Fair
It was ok to stay for one night, but way too expensive for what you get. The pool was inside and run down.

Nice Wooded Place Close To Fishing...
Nice place, hook ups worked great, showers, and laundry facility. At nite the ocean can be heard, also very close to fishing boats, clam digging, and Long Beach. We really enjoyed it.
