Nice Place
The park is in a beautiful wooded area. Gig habour is an interesting area to explore with interesting shops and restraunts. We had a nice wide pull through. My only complaint is that the wifi is terrible and the cell coverage was poor.

Definitely Not A Resort
Built on a hill there’s a lower and upper area. Lower area is nice with large spots. Upper area is remote, cramped and looks like a bad trailer park. Neither have any amenities no pool no hot tub etc. if you stay long term ( monthly) you are not allowed to use restrooms/showers. We joined the YMCA, making an already overpriced park $100 more, so $1500 per month in the ratty upper level. Management only patrols lower level. Never heard so many barking dogs. Also major construction project behind upper level (3 front end loaders working M-F). Add to this there’s a shooting range within a mile, so get used to gunfire. So why stay here? 1. Location 2. No other park within 100 miles 3 one mile to DT Gig Harbor.

We stayed here for a week in Space 132. This site was large enough to accommodate our 45' 5th Wheel, but it was very unlevel and made it difficult to level our RV. Our site had everything except a sewer hookup. We were charged full price anyway. The dump station runs uphill so it took extra effort to empty or waste tanks. Every space is tight in this park. We don't plan to stay here on our future trips to this area.

OK Park
OK park. Sites are close together and for $42 we felt it was not the best value. There are gravel and dirt pads which are not the best in the rain. This is a medium sized tiered park. If your site is near the top, it is a long way to the facilities to shower or do laundry. The people at the front desk were friendly and efficient, which made a good 1st impression on us. We've stayed in some great parks in Washington, this was the most expensive and our least favorite.

Nice Experience
Beautiful forested park close to Gig Harbor situated on a terraced hill.  Paved roads and gravel sites.  We will definitely return, but not for extended stays where we have to rely on the quality and performance of the Wi-Fi in order to work.  We tested multiple access points throughout the park and they all suffer the same problem.  Wi-Fi performance varies greatly from so slow that you can't even browse the Internet to find a local restaurant, to just OK, all in the span of 60 seconds.  Multiple tests throughout the day didn't reveal improvements even at 5 am.  Still a very nice park, just don't expect reliable Wi-Fi.  Verizon 4G/LTE was a solid 3-4 bars with good data performance. We had no issues with our reservation made 4 months prior to our visit.  The park is very big rig friendly, and was in fact full of 40 foot units.  We visited in a 35 foot class A motorhome towing at Honda Fit. Stayed in site 13 which was very level.
