Road Is Good
Road has recently been redone. New gravel, no potholes. It’s a spacious campground without any real designated sites. It’s dry and dusty without any grass. Pit toilets, a few fireplaces and a few picnic tables. What you bring in, you must take back out with you. No garbage cans/dumpsters. No fee camping. There is designated day use areas. Short trail through some trees to the Teanaway creek. We were there on a Monday with our 33’ Fifth Wheel, and found it to be very peaceful. Most sites are more tent friendly, meaning you have to park behind a row of boulders and lug your stuff into the your camp.

Road into area is very rough, very windy and dusty. Views are nice. It is first come first serve, no reservations. No designated sites, it’s a free for all for the most part. There are fire pits and some picnic tables. No potable water and pit toilets only. Can get very rowdy on the weekends.
