Great For What It Is.
Vasa Park Resort is a privately owned park on Lake Sammamish. Most of the park is set up for lake goers, swimming, picnics, parties, music, and public gatherings. The RV section is relatively small with only 15 sties. This isn't a luxury full service RV resort, but it's great for what it is and it's really hard to find anything to complain about. Although there's not much privacy, the sites are adequately sized and spaced. Most sites should accommodate any size rig. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. Some of the RV power and water hookups were in questionable condition. Our 20 amp outlet was broken but the park staff fixed it very quickly.

I thought this place was wonderful! It was so beautiful tucked next to the lake and very clean. Our dog loved swimming in the lake and running around in the field across the street (also part of Vasa Park.) The WiFi was very spotty.

Not What Is Described
When checking online, I was ok with a partial hook up. Upon arrival you get a regular house outlet, which would be fine because we do have an adapter. But didn't work for us. As soon as we plugged it into our set up it kept tripping. Even after only keeping the freezer and fridge hooked up and unplugging everything else. Also, you cant use your air conditioner if you're parked in spots 1 thru 16. They dont mention this ahead of time. And you are right on top of the person next to you. Barely any space. They close the gates at 7, saying no guest afterwards. Also, you have to pay for the showers here. Wouldn't stay here again.

This place isn't Oklahoma! No blue tarps or dogs off leash. Not sure I'll stay here again. Too loud.
