Disappointed In Camp Host

Camp ground was in need of repair. Only 1/2 of the showers were in working order and most of the water faucets were disconnected. The camp host had a thing against All ebikes and said it was against George Washington National Forest rules to ride e-bikes on Motor Vehicle roads. I told him he was wrong and asked him to show me that in writing but of course he never did.
