We stayed in this rv park 11 days and it is very nicely maintained, rv sites are spacious and clean. Park is quiet only you hear train passing thru 3-4 times. Make sure you have water pressure regulator, water pressure is very good. But special thanks to park stuff. These people went far and beyond our expectations. We had broken refrigirator, they let us use their office refrigirator to store our food. Super friendly and nice people. I gave 5 star these rv park. Will stay again if we in this area. Many many thanks to people who work in this park.

Good Campground
Gravel and level lots and all pull throughs. Friendly and helpful staff. One night stay on our way to salt lake City. Has bathrooms with showers and laundry...nice. Would stay again. Only a 4 star because it offers nothing for kids like a playground. Cable too!

This is our go to park when we are in the area. The location is perfect and nice to be away from the Moab madness yet still close enough for all the sites. Good to come home to quite. Occasional train that adds to the ambiance. Petroglyphs just up the road and a cool old ghost town. And then there is the night sky!!

Loving Moab
Just can’t say enough about this RV park. The pictures on the site is misleading. It’s a very nice campground sites are very level all gravel. Showers are $5 which is a bite weird to charge for a shower. The sites are full hook up so not sure why you would want to pay for a shower. Just 30 minutes north of Moab is very good located and I heard a few reviews about the train which did not bother us one bit. We actually both laughed when we heard it the first night. The Man and Lady working in the office when we arrived was very helpful very knowledgeable and had very good points to where to see the sunrise and sunset. Most definitely would stay again if in the area.
Reply from owner/manager: Shower rates are for non-guests.

Good Stay
Peaceful nights, quiet town of about 40 residents. Prk has everything you need W/E/S tents, tiny homes, mostly level, all gravel, some laundry, showers, propane, easy ATV. Great staff!! Beautiful mountains.
Dusty of course, trains very near by, nothing in town but a gas station/store. Everything else like shopping & restaurants you need to go to Moab. Town Green river is very small but has somethings (mom and pop shops) but not much.
We will be back though!

Nice Place
Clean, friendly, about 30 min from Moab, arches, and other parks. All gravel no shade, didn't mind that since we were out seeing the sites most of the time.
The only issue I had at site 51 was the flies. Other wise great.

Nice Surprise!!
We stopped almost out of necessity for an overnight but stayed an extra night. Lots are mostly level hook ups are good but sewer hose is at a bad angle. I noticed my neighbor had the same problem. They are at a 45 but need to be set at a 90 angle instead. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Indian cliff paintings not far up the road are very interesting and are well worth a look (3-4 thousand years old). Easy on and off i-70 not much on the exit though. A ghost town also on the same road as the paintings make this stop interestingly surprising for the explorer.

Great Home Base
Staff was super nice and friendly. Spots not bad, a little noisy when the train goes by in the middle of the night. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed 1 night. If you'd like a place to hook up, detach your car and go then this place will do. About 35 mins to Arches Park. Nothing fancy, large pull through, dry, and buggy.

Bugging You
It’s a ok place nothing special. Very nice people working here. If you don’t mind the nats and the mesquites then you might like it! Close too all the sites.
